Been going to sunrise Cafe since I was little. In that includes their old location. I have been going there for the better part of 20 years and have never had a bad experience. Food is always delicious and services is always great

Seating was not prompt even with open tables. Had quite a few staff just pass us by without even a greeting or a 'be right with you.' Terribly disappointed in the food. Hash browns were mushy and tasteless and even the browned parts were not close to crisp! The Eggs Benedict was a great failure. The poached egg was overdone (which the waitress said was the norm) and more like a soft boiled egg instead. I have never been served this dish where that was the norm. The Hollandaise sauce was congealed and the Canadian bacon was greasy. It was quite a bit of money for something I couldn't eat half of because it was so unappealing.

I'm a newly single Mom, and I was hesitant to take my kids out by myself for Mother's Day, but I was pleasantly welcomed, and I'm not talking about them letting me in, I'm talking like... My 10 month old, and 3 year old were pretty messy, as expected.. But my 10 month old dropped some pieces of his waffle on the floor, and one of the.. bus boys ? I don't know if that's the right term.. anyways, he came over and picked it up and threw it away for me! He also offered a booster seat for my oldest, something else, and when I forgot to ask for a box when I got the receipt, he came by and asked if I wanted one and got it for me, then when I spaced it and left the box at the table, he brought it up to me when I was paying! My waitress was also VEry kind! She didn't check on me a whole bunch, which was nice because I had my hands a little full <3 and I'm socially awkward! So I felt freaking amazing, just because of how kind the staff was! It's rough with two littles, on my own, so I cannot express how freakin thankful I am to have received such kind hearts!!!

Friendly service. Poor quality food. Sandbagging breakfast meats and scrambled eggs. In my youth, I was a crackerjack short order cook. I could teach you a few things. I was Serve Safe Certified too. I was a Country Club Chef, and Culinary Institute trained. Breakfast food cost should be around .33%, I would wager that you are running around a 15% food cost.

Nice place, good service. One flaw. The cooks dont understand what hash browns are. They're not hash whites! Been there 3x in last couple months, under cooked potatoes everytime!

This place is so dated and has the feel of an old person's eatery. Sorry guys, but the seating area is outdated and the food isn't very good. Wait staff is okay. Visitors might like it if you enjoy bland food, terrible coffee, and an old person's home-like atmosphere. (Think a cheaper, darker Big Boys.)

Don't get me wrong i like this place. But, took my boys there and all i got was coffee and they both orderd BLTs. So, that's a cup of coffee and two BLTs. The bill was $32! I know there is inflation but, its not that bad! Throw in the tip and i essentially paid $20 per sandwich!

Biscuits and Gravy were delicious, my husband had a waffle and they put the bacon inside per his request! Our first time there and it was yummy! Thank you!

Friendly staff and Great Breakfast as usual.Special shout out to our waitress Grace!

There are reviews saying the best eggs Benedict in Fort Wayne, hands-down, these are the worst eggs Benedict I’ve ever experienced. They are very Americanized, I’m not sure what happens to the hollandaise in the kitchen but it appears to be chunky and has cheese/fat added. No tomato or spinach. Pure fat- not a light, classic dish as eggs Benedict should be. Very, very strange.
