We stopped in for a quick lunch & had a pretty good visit. The building & grounds were well-kept and clean with ample parking. They also have a drive-thru. The young people working during our visit were courteous & kind. They were good workers & made our visit pleasant. If we were to visit the area again I would be willing to return to this location.
I got the #5 off the new menu, no modifications. I thought it was great, and there were lots of other appealing options. My partner got the Italian BMT, so classics are still available. I was initially excited about the drive-through, but when we arrived it was closed, so we dined in. The dining room is a strange juxtaposition of nice new decor and trash and crumbs from other guests. The staff was friendly and polite and greeted us as we entered, but the dining area could definitely use attention.
Sandwiches made just right ! Service was ok. There were a bunch of servers. Standing around taking . No one really wanted to wait on us at first.
tried to give me a footlong turkey with only 5 slices of meat!!!!! there are supposed to be 12?$11.19 for 5 see-through slices of meat...I left!
A guy came over intercom said be right with you. Never came back. Had to pull to window. He was on a cell phone and a lady took my order. Still charged me full price. Poor customer service even after I pointed out that he left me out there. There was no cars in drive thru and this was at 11am
No worker at drive through. Only worker inside failed to take order. What is it with subway and their workers? Almost every subway in Fort Wayne has no one attending drive through, and terrible customer service at best. Subway needs to to fix this ASAP.
Nicest subway I have ever seen but the service was the slowest I have ever had. Good was good. Employees were..ok

Look, I’m not asking anyone working there to really care, but just the bare minimum for customer service would be tolerable. The guy literally flopped cheese on the sandwich with an upturned lip and a sneer…
Do not go to this subway. Can’t make sandwiches right. Had an order of two different sandwiches and they fused them into a new sandwich…even had to remake mine because they toasted it when they weren’t supposed to. Mistakes happen in food service, but on the remake too? C’mon
