went through the drive thru during the evening to get a sub and 2 salads. While ordering I spoke to a woman and then a man took over mid order. Made it a little confusing for them apparently because I was asked what veggies were on my turkey and none of the 3 items I was ordering had turkey on them. I thought ok cool..they may have gotten busy inside and confused. I finish up ordering and my total was $25.35. I handed the man 2 $10 gift cards on top of a $20 bill. Common sense would be to use the gift cards first, right? Well guess not because I was handed both cards back and I asked "What's this?". Which he responded there is $4.65 left on one card and actually didn't have to use the other one at all. The whole reason I came to Subway was because I had the gift cards and wanted to use them. The man working the register asked if I wanted for him to reverse the charge and I said yes please. He then looked at the screen for a few minutes and responded that he didn't know how to do it. I said ok don't worry about it because at this point I was hungry and just ready to get home to eat. Once home I discover that there was no lettuce in either "salad". Literally only the slices of meat and other veggies in a bowl. Plus no shredded cheese in either like I had asked. I paid over $8 each for that?! Very irritating. Thankfully I had lettuce at home and had to chop that up for the salads and added some cheese from home as well. This was the worst experience I've had at a Subway. I don't know if the people working were busy and overwhelmed or just not trained properly. They were nice enough, but the issues during this visit made for a very unpleasant experience. I sent two emails to the email address provided on my receipt and no response in the past week. I also tried to call a couple of times and couldn't get a hold of the manager.
With only one car ahead of me after waiting for 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru they informed me they only Bread available was wheat, wasn't a big deal. . Out of all the veggies I ordered, all I got was lettuce and tomato. There was paper still on the cheese so I end up eating paper. Worst subway experience I've ever had. It's like the employees do it on purpose. I don't understand anymore.
While not the best subway I've ever eaten at, for being as busy as they are, the staff does a fairly good job of keeping up and still doing a good job. My main complaints with the restaurant is probably how they had to do the drive thru which can back up and block off the parking lot and sometime into the busy street and the conditions of the lettuce which usually looks browning and wilted. Probably more the suppliers then the workers but still a bummer. I recommend getting spinach.
Won't be going back to this location.Sunday evening 5/8 ordered 4 footlongs and one 6" whomever made the the basic Spicy Italian 6" screwed up royally. (Really wish I had taken a.picture ) It was disgusting and not edible. We had taken the sandwiches home to eat and by the time we had sat down to eat and saw the screw up, the location was already closed and so we couldn't call to notify them of it. I filled out the customer satisfaction survey that was sent to me adding the experience in there.Stopped by today 5/12 after work to see if they would right the wrong. No such luck. The manager on duty approx 11:45am was less than pleasant. Not only did she not even offer to talk to me after I spoke with a very pleasant employee, (she was by the register, I was at the ordering side of the counter) she flippantly said she would give me a discount but wouldn't remake the sandwich. Their mistake cost them my business. Very poor customer service.
The guys during the evening shift are amazing. Me and my son come here all the time. We've gone a couple times during the day shift when the woman are working and its terrible. They messed up on the sandwiches several times. But at least the guys in the evening have everything on point.
Enjoyed the new Italian BMT sub. Only downside for me personally was the employee was a little to chatty. Gotta learn to read the people.
Our sandwiches tasted great down the way we had asked for them to b done
This place does not use a clean knife to cut your sandwich. It disgusts me when someone else's sauces gets on my sandwich.
I wish I could give them zero stars. They had us wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no other cars before taking our order. Then when we did they weren’t even listening to us. Part of my sandwich doesn’t even have sauce on it. The part that its wrapped in had sauce all over and so did the bag it was handed to me in. Go to any other subway BUT this one
They forgot to make my party platter, but they got me set up and put the door quickly. Upside was that the sandwiches were super fresh.
