RUDE. This place has gone so far downhill and the customer service is non-existent from management. The hag of a manager on shift 4/4/22 at 730pm needs to be let go. The 2 ladies on staff with her were fine, but she’s absolutely rude and unpleasant to deal with.

Why do subways ask for tips now? How about paying your employees better.

My husband and I ordered today a no bread bowl and a wrap. To be delivered since both our children are sick and we are home caring for them. On my bowl, I asked for more lettuce and extra black olives. My husband's wrap was supposed to be cut and warm.My bowl had maybe a cup of lettuce and one black olive lol. my tomato still had a nice of stem in the center. and my husband's wrap was cold and uncut. So my husband called the employee that answered passed the call to the manager. The manager was RUDE.AND and said these calls are why the staff is quitting. . This is the Subway on Stellhorn.. We will be going to a different SubWay from now on.

At this visit the girls were extremely slow and there were no other customers when we were there. Other times we have gone service was good. The sandwiches are always good!

Spent 25 minutes in line before leaving... in that 25 minutes only 2 people total of 3 sandwiches were made... there was 2 people ahead of Mr still and 4 behind me before I left. I used to be a manager at subway. Doesn't take 25 minutes for 3 sandwiches

Nope horrible service I asked for extra green pepper and he gave me one single green pepper looked at me and said anything else with a attitude I said no of course I didn’t want to start anything but super bad customer service because of that super bad food wasn’t greasy was actually warm for some reason when I had nothing that was supposed to be hot don’t go here

Sat in drive thru with no answer. Had to call. They finly came out and said speaker didn't work. Said I would have to come inside.

Employee didn't wash his hands after touching his apron or hair with gloves on than touched someone's sandwich

Just visited this subway, they are typically speedy and friendly however this experience was quite the contrary. After we placed our order and pulled up to pay/pick it up, we received our receipt and it said we ordered the B.M.T. When we told the cashier that we ordered the B.L.T she told us it was the same price as the B.M.T. We have always ordered the B.L.T’s and know they are around $5-6, not $7-8. So we told her that and she refused to ring us up correctly and pay us the difference. Great place to eat and the manager is very helpful and the store is very clean great place to eat
