Stopped here after work. I havent been to a subway in 4 years. It was approximately 30-40 minutes before closing. Went to go through the drive through but there was a sign stating that the drive through was closed and to go inside and order. So I drove back around to the front of the building. I went to park as an attendant came out of the door and shouted that they wouldn't be taking any more orders due to staffing issues. Although I understand the worker shortage, the owner shouldn't be operating the store without enough staff. That makes everything harder on the current staff and isn't fair to them as they likely have to pick up more duties to cover for their nonexistent coworkers.
Ask for sweet onion teriyakiShe placed chicken on the breadI corrected her. She did know what wanted. I pointed to picture on menu board.. after repeating myself several timesMy receipt. I was charged forSteak and cheese sandwichNo sweet onionsThere was no cheese
6 people working, but still very slow. I ordered 2 ft longs on same bread, with only 2-3 veggies on each with meat. Not toasted, no dressings or oils. The staff member put the meat and cheese on one sub and waited for other staff ahead of him to finish theirs. When I suggested he start on my 2nd sub, he went into the back and another staff member came out and made my 2nd sub. Can they only make 1 at a time? I have never seen such laziness at subway. It took all 6 team members to wait on 3 customers because we had multiple subs. Really?? What is going to happen when you get really busy?
Went tonight for two subs. 12 in steak n cheese and a 12 in chicken bacon ranch. The service wasn't the best. The girl who started making the steak and cheese kept rolling her eyes and asked someone else to make it so she can go to the bathroom less than 2 minutes later she came back and sat in the dining area and was on her phone. They nuked the steak. Then another girl seen the steak go into the microwave and was trying to put cold steak on the sub til I stopped her from proceeding. So she started making mine. Maybe she was new I'm not quite sure to be honest. I was rushed to pay so I didn't see but I'm 99% sure she put my sub in the microwave so it was not toasted. They were having trouble with the register so I didn't see that she didn't cut my sub. BOTH of our subs were soggy and my boyfriend didn't even get his toasted so I'm almost wondering if it was even cooked. No manager to be found as well! Unacceptable!! Usually they aren't bad and get really great service but tonight was absolutely terrible! And then one of the girls took her Vespa out the store and drove off... was that why she was in such a mood because she wanted to go? Still Unacceptable.
Worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had. I requested all 3. Sandwiches to be toasted. 5 seconds in the oven is not toasted. The guy making the sandwiches was obviously new and the person in charge kep yelling from the customer side of the counter as to what ingredients to use for each sandwich instead of teaching him to correct way.I wouldn’t waste my time or money at this subway.
Worst service I ever received, staff was lazy and did not make sandwich to liking. One tomato and two pieces of lettuce when I ask for all veggies on my sandwich...took 20mins get through drive thru. Just make way to New Haven subway well worth it... and the staff seems to like job and take initiate in it, by making what u purchase.
It was cool until the lady with the blonde hair wrapped my sandwich like this ??
2 of the employees were actively sniffling and coughing. Probably explains why they were so slow to fill my friend's order. I changed my mind about ordering immediately. I believe they were ill and still trying to work. Not their fault, ppl need a paycheck!
Waited 15 mins, with 1 person in front of me, no one in the drive through. Was never greeted when we walked in and when they finally were done with the person in front of me (she had 2 wraps) they told me they were out of bread except for flat bread.I asked for wheat flatbread and the dude rolled his eyes at me, walked to the back of the store, and was gone for 5 minutes before I just decided to walk out. So 20 minutes of my time completely wasted and we didn’t even end up with food. (7:30 pm btw) I chose subway for a quick and easy meal for my kids as we were already eating way later than we normally do and now it’s 8 pm and we still don’t have food.Being out of bread isn’t my complaint at all, I understand the times we are in.The customer service was horrible and the fact that they had me wait behind ONE person for 15 minutes to finally tell me they were out of bread was incredibly infuriating. There were three employees and only one was helping the person in front of me so the communication could have come from one of the other two.. or even the one making the wraps. He could have easily said “hey, we don’t have bread btw!”I also want to add that the person in front of me was visibly angry with how she was treated, too. And her wraps were ripped in half and they still served it to her (trying to hide the tears with their hands) but she did notice.Shameful
No one in the building was serx safe they didn’t even know what it was very unsanitary when the manager is not here I thought I felt that the toaster was down and then went to go heat the meat up in the back and it was not it was ice cold Was looking to work here at this location but I’m not quite sure yet
