July 12th The advertisement announced Free 6 inch sub between 10 and 2 pm. I arrived at 11:10 am and was told no more free subs. It went to the first 50 people. I explained that the ad did not say the first 50, only that it would be feee from 10 to 2. SHAME on Subway for false advertisement.
Went there today and I had to wait 20 minutes just for another employee to come from outside to help take care of customers.. She asked where did all these people come from.. After she came inside we still had to wait for her to wash her hands and continue to complain because she had to come inside and help customers.. Apparently she was handling business outside instead of helping the paying customers on the inside!!! Worst customer service ever and I just left due to the fact that I had to be at work!!!!! I will never return to this subway ever again!!!!!!
The produce was very lacking. The lettuce was brown, the tomatoes were mushy and the boy who was there to help just stared at me. I should have gotten his name, but I didn't.
Why is it that when they ask you if you want your sandwhich toasted,and u say no,they look at each other like its strange to them
Rarely go to this location but I've visited twice sense my client moved close, the workers aren't very pleasant ( if looks could kill) my sandwiches were okay but why would my footlongs have literally 1 or 2 pieces of meat very little toppings....very dis-satisfied!!! My last visit was today
They serve fast, good service and very friendly I highly recommend them
First time I am seeing Subway having a drive thru. Located up against a very busy road. We had a good experience at this Subway. Our ordered was accurate and food was fresh. Great place to get a quick sub.
Need to work on how to handle a customers complaint. Need a manager there to supervise and handle paying customers. Employees need to learn how to make recommend sandwiches like the pictures that are being advertised they should have more patience with an upset customer and not try escalate the problem downtown Fort Wayne Indiana Subway no one even apologized for making the sandwich wrong than lied on the phone to her manager because she never slowed down to hear me
Rude employees. Managers don't respond to emails. Had to ask 5 tints for extra lettuce because every time she would grab 3-5 little pieces. Then got mad and attitudy because I kept asking. There is more to the horrible visit but oh well. I'll take my money elsewhere
Sandwich was made wrong, was told by employee I could bring sandwich back w/receipt to get my sandwich remade. By the time I drove back, they had talked to the mgr Sabrina via telephone who told them I COULD NOT GET SANDWICH REPLACED! The young girl who told me to come get it replaced denied saying it once I got there!! There were 4 very young girls working without a mgr. I will NEVER return to this store. I had to literally ask them, "So ur going to just throw the remake away?" They did end up giving it to me...
