Placed an order through Doordash and they still didn't have it made an hour later. Contacted dasher and he stated there was only 2 people working. Don't have a store open if you can't staff it and can't make food for an hour or more after an order is placed. Ridiculous.
They say they are open for dine-in until 8pm, but they lied! We went there at 7:12pm and their doors were locked. Very disappointing. Doubt we will give them our business ever again!
App doesn't work, took over half an hour to get our food with few other customers. Food looked hastily thrown together.
Horrible staff. Can't hear the lady at drive thru...She got my order wrong and even after 5 attempts on my part to give it to her. She was rude doesn't deserve a job. I agree this location should be closed.
The place as a business is absolutely horrible. The staff even worse. Obviously the food is great but this location is the worst. I'll be placing a complaint with will mean nothing but I'll be glad to see this location be closed so the rude staff can scramble for a job.
This place J's keep getting worst ...I went through the drive thru got a burger a sprite....the sprite taste like water an the paper straws r for the trash ?️
The new kiosks are great. We would have liked a paper menu we could have taken over to my mom at the table (she can't stand very long). We actually waited for an employee to come to the counter to ask of this, but none came over. Other than that; everything was clean, tasty, and very nice.
Never friendly they ignore you as if you wasn't there they can at least acknowledge you and let you know you need to use the kiosk and this is the management team after doing that 3 different times you don't have to worry about seeing me again
Not sure if I'll order milkshakes from here again. I ordered food from this location off Uber Eats. While the steakburger and fries I got were good, I found this disgusting thing in my milkshake. It's yellow and chewy, and I didn't realize it was in there until I took a bite of my shake. Never tasted like it was a part of the ice cream either. I already got the situation figured out with Uber, but this was from the restaurant. I don't know what this is, but this is just absolutely disgusting.
BRING BACK PLASTIC SHAKE STRAWS!!! Paper straws dissolve in the shake and in my mouth absolutely discussing. I get the purpose but it’s not enjoyable when you have paper in your mouth. Also lady who handed our food was rude to us when we didn’t even say anything but thank you.
