I ordered a burger.. THATS IT... i didnt say meat / cheese only...... but i got meat and cheese only..no ketchup, veggies, nuthin... and it took 7 min in the drive thru, when no one else was in drive thru.
Went Saturday for lunch , sat in the drive thru forever waiting for person infront of us to get there food, we pull up and ours is magically ready, we drive off and sit in a shady spot to eat. Our fries were old , the grease smelled rancid and our sandwiches were def re warmed in a microwave, this was the worst food I've ever had at stake and shake bar none ... we decided to return our food and get our money back I was told , that they do not have access to refund money and to call tomorrow and speak to Tony , well Tony must be a busy fella because his ph lines been busy ALL DAY .... the fries are very brown and soaked of stinky old rancid grease.
Burgers not made correctly and when went back thru drive thru to tell them I wanted a second burger and that I'd pay for it put a bunch of jalapeños on it and the sandwich doesn't even have that as an option horrible service will never go again
Steak and shake is better than McDonald’s, change my mind.In case you didn’t know they carry Pepper Jack cheese!All cooked and made to order land the fries was fresh, perfectly cooked and Hot!Thank you for the goodness!
Food is decent but the service is the slowest in the city, hands down. I ordered ahead and still had to wait in the drive thru for 20-30 minutes. It's not the worker's fault, they were going as fast as they could. Perhaps the company should incentive people to work there so they could speed up the service.
The burgers were really good.Lov those ??? nice guys at the door. Said they were remodeling and will hav the dining room open soon.
What has happened to steak'n shake? Not as good as it use to be.
Awful customer service. Drive through guy with all the rings is rude and creepy.
Window person looked like he exploded a sandwhich in front of him. Buns were hard. Patties tasted like it was from 3 hours prior.I'm excited they are open again, but expect a little more in the quality department, esp during lunch rush on a weekend. First actual bad experience I've had from steak and shake.
We hot a bitter burger and the original double and they were aweful!!! Money didn't even have the bun they normally put on it and it was super hard. What a waste of money.
