One barista there, specifically Cierra is absolutely terrible at customer service. Very rude and unfriendly, always seems to have an attitude and takes a very unnecessary time to make drinks. I probably will not return.

Terrible customer service experience. I walked in to get a drink, their door was unlocked so I assumed they were open inside. Every single barista looked at me like was intruding on their space and doing something very wrong. They said “we’re closed”. I reminded them their door was open and they proceeded to mean mug me and tell me they were closed. So I awkwardly walked out with one girl explaining they forgot to lock the door. But no apologies and no one offered to serve me. If I could give 0 stars I would.
If you are able to avoid this location then I would. The baristas are not friendly (particularly Ali) and when they run out of items to make your Oder they avoid telling you until AFTER you’ve ordered and paid! I wasn’t going to leave a bad review until this location dropping the ball has become a constant and not just occasional.
They are usually out of alot of stuff most days at this location. They can't do 50 star regular coffee here, it's 150 stars foe any free drink unlike the real Starbucks stores. They usually only have one person working so orders take awhile.
This location is never open
September 19th they closed at 8. Online hours sat 9 and they had 2 staff behind the counter at 8:30. We were standing there for a few minutes before they told us they were closed. When they're actually open the drinks are good.
We stopped for coffee and waited for 15 minutes while the girls working chatted with the customer ordering. They chatted so long and then finally the girl ordered. After the girl ordered it took both girls to make this girls 2 drinks??? We left frustrated. The people in front of us were frustrated. The girls working don’t have a clue. I hope they see this. This happened today. 9-4-21 at 1:15pm.
I had to put my dog down today so I took him to get a pup cup. Of course it’s not normal for dogs to have caramel but the workers were so sweet and understanding with the situation, they were willing to add a little bit of caramel to his pup cup before I took him to the vet and they were so sweet. This is by far my favorite Starbucks location in Fort Wayne
