Extraordinarily slow when ordering inside. Clearly priority given to drive-through service. Waited over 20 minutes for a basic shaken espresso. Disappointing.
Busy, busy, busy! Dozen cars in line bit they were well staffed and hustling. Ordered ahead so not much of a wait.
I always love coming here if they are open. Management, pay your people more so they stay around! I love my Starbucks drinks, lol
I want to give such a beautiful shout out to those working today 4/6/22!! I woke up feeling kinda meh so I was in search of finding a good place to study while shaking off my depression. I appreciate every one of you! especially those who went over and beyond to smile and ask if i wanted water after my coffee and suggestions for a coffee choice I was feeling like I wanted to switch things up.. Worst Starbucks experience of my life. Went in at 4 pm on a Saturday. Took them almost 10 minutes to take our order with only a few people in line. We waited 25 minutes or more for drinks (iced tea and cold brew) the employees filled nothing but drive through orders with a cafe full of people who had been waiting when we got there. No one apologized and the shift manager left for a break while people were waiting for their orders. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received.
Staff was friendly and helpful. But the coffee was not great. Not sure of the hype. I wanted a coffee that would energized me as I headed back home on a long road trip. It was not pleasing to me at all. I will stick with the old school coffee.
The drive thru here is always a 30 min wait even with little drive thru traffic. The coffee is hit or miss. I order the same thing every time -A Venti iced white chocolate mocha quad, no whip- and it's always made a different way here at this location.
Staff is always so friendly and courteous. Drinks are always made properly and are delicious!
It's worth the stop cuz it's Starby's--the drive thru line that's as long as a Presidential funeral procession should tell you it's worth it. Try the pistachio latte!
Hours are always changing. You never know when the place will be open. I use to work Southwest and the Starbucks on West Jefferson was way more time efficient and always had decaf brewed and ready to go. This location you wait forever for a drink. I think new management is in store.
