Drive thru is always busy, but the line moves pretty quickly.

I ordered a Caramel machiato they gave it to me and it was not blended all the caramel was stuck to the side of the cup no strawberries in my daughter's pink drink then had and attitude when we questioned how the drinks were made my wife and son got the same drink they gave us no straws and didn't make those right either was a chocolate drink with whipped cream just a horrible experience

I waited over 20 mins inside because the drive they was 15 cars deep. I was only one of two people inside but had to ask for a refund since they kept making orders for people that weren’t even around. I get online ordered are being made but the store shouldn’t ignore the walk in orders. They really need to have staff properly assigned to drive thru, online and walk ins. No way should you have to wait over 20 mins and have to leave because your order wasn’t even going to be made for 10 more mins or more. It makes no sense to keep making orders for people online who aren’t even there. There while counter was filled with online orders that haven’t even been picked up. They really need to alternate making orders so people aren’t standing around for 20 plus mins.
This location is always closed earlier than should be. The cafe is RARELY open. They claim it’s short staffed but I hear managers refuse to stay and cover the absence of other employees. I love Starbucks but not this location. It honestly needs to close its doors.
I love this place not every day but when I go there they make exactly what I want so delicious
