Enjoyed my ‘free’ birthday Drink at Starbucks! I usually forget all about it, not this time! It was even a Venti! Java Chip Frappe yummy!
The drinks that we ordered we made correctly. The problem I have is everytime I come to this Starbucks there is almost an accident everytime. The entrances to the parking lot and drive through are terrible. The entrance at the drive through is right at the stop sign where you turn in from the main road. There is regular build ups of traffic there.
Last night my husband and I went to this location and we had a wonderful experience. The two people that helped us were just so sweet and pleasant. The barista who handed us our drinks was Claire, and I wish I knew the other baristas name because they were both so sweet.

Second time this happened to me. Ordered iced coffee and just water, both the lids were not closed all the way. Not sure if it’s because of the cups or people who work there but either way my car was coffee all over it.
Very nice, made a mistake and went to the wrong store to pick up a mobile order. Staff was so understanding and made my drink there. So thank you all :)
I had great service here today, actually kind of shocking to me as the service at this location had been subpar so many times.
I go to this location almost everyday. The majority of the staff there are very nice. There is one manager (emily) who is incredibly rude. She ignores many different people when they ask for something, including me. Everyone I work with has experienced this rude behavior. If it wasn’t for her, i would have given a 5 star review.
Terrible service. The employees were rude when trying to ask for assistance or ordering. Overcharged for the smallest things. Will never be back at another starbucks.
Perfect Starbucks experience. Everything you come to expect from the brand.
