Smoothie king is the best for my Smoothie drinks, their drinks are so good and healthy, my hubby and I are so obsessed ? sometimes I get coupons, great customer service and the queue moves very quickly
Makes you wait in 25 minute drive thru line while your pick up order melts inside . Incredibly poor problem solving and critical thinking skills. Also very inconsistent taste between the same menu item upon multiple visits. Staff needs serious training. Owner must be completely checked out on this location. Very sad use to be a nice place but not worth $9 a smoothie to roll the dice and hope it tastes on brand.
I have had several different smoothies at Smoothie King and they are all delicious and healthy!!

Sadly, the customer service here is almost always awful with employees who seem to be upset that you've chosen Smoothie King as the place to get you smoothie that day. They're very short with you and it's clear they just want you gone. I've been to this location maybe 10 times now and only once did I get a young girl who actually seemed somewhat kind.The smoothies are normally pretty good but every now and then I'll order something I know I like just to find out it tastes awful all of the sudden do to what feels like out of date ingredients, missing ingredients, or maybe it's just plain laziness amd someone had simply refused to put the effort in to make my smoothie right that time. I'd say this happens about 25%-33% of the time. With employees who seem to despise their lives, I'm not surprised.I've been to several Smoothie Kings in several different states and I can say they're all just like this. This shows that this issue has more to do with the owners of each franchise and the lack of care from people at the top of the company. It's too bad, too, because someone with some kind of actual idea of what they're doing could probably turn one of these around pretty quickly.
Always super busy, but they're still pushing out drinks in a timely manner.

Great smoothie's, ridiculously slow at this location
This was our first visit, and we were surprised how busy they were on a Friday at 5pm. There were at least 8 employees, all of them really hustling, so the wait was not very long. You can place an order online or drive through too. They have an extensive and very customizable menu including some high protein meal replacements. We tried a couple menu items from different categories and both liked the flavors. I especially liked that there were no headache inducing chunks of ice, my smoothie was fruit and juice, so that the leftover in the refrigerator was good the next morning after stirring. If you like to drink your fruits and sometimes veggies, this is the place for you!
