The Burnt Ends and the Brisket were great, as was the Spoon Cornbread. I got their Green Chile Mac, and it was great.However, the kid's Mac and cheese was extremely disappointing. It was the last thing to come out, and it was just a serving of Kraft Mac and Cheese.I love the patio, and the drinks selection were perfect for a dinner evening with our family. We'll be back, but I'll ask more questions about the kid's menu.
First time here and WOW! best BBQ I've ever eaten. Loved the atmosphere, great & friendly service, fast service too. Loved the corn spoon bread and the green Chile Mac & cheese was sooooo good. The garlic toast was awesome too and complemented the meal well. The ribs were very thick and meaty. You won't be disappointed if you go.
I bring my own hot sauce as they don't have anything very spicy. The meats are pretty good, they serve things on paper... which I usually wind up eating with the meat... aside from that - great beer selection
My son and I got take out. It was fine, just forgettable. There's other BBQ in the area that's got much better flavor. I've never eaten in the restaurant, but it does seem like a nice place to go out!
1. Facility was fantastic2. Food——- the Mac n cheese was really good. But everything else not so much. The fries were unsalted (which maybe some people like?). They also were very clearly under the warmer a long time before we got them. The ribs were the same way. My family didn’t even finish them. Which is very rare.The pulled pork was edible but not awesome. Even with the sauce… my entire family complained about their stomachs hurting after eating here. Which doesn’t happen often.3 stars cause the Mac n chees was super great. And the place itself was cool.
Food was good. But for the price why is this place set up like a fast food restaurant? And I can't stand mad ants brew. Wish they had a choice of something else if you didn't want to go the micro brew route. Oh and the beer wasn't cold.
Myself I prefer full table service! I had ribs & brisket, the ribs had so much dry rub on them I couldn't taste the ribs, as for the brisket not much flavor at all I had to put bbq sauce on it! The coleslaw was different tasted like it had a fair amount of dill in it! Also, if you AR a person that likes brisket, I have never seen any place slice their brisket so thin!
We had supper on Friday 2/4/22. Very disappointed with the food. Mac&cheese was runny and very greasy. Brisket was sliced very thin, looked more like bacon and was tough and dry. Must have been sitting around awhile. Wife had turkey that had no taste. We won't be stopping by anytime soon. There are other choices around town that take pride in what they serve to their customers.
Great local chain of BBQ joints. Good food, good service.
Decent barbecue for northern Indiana, which is not a big barbecue area. Pretty expensive for the quality. They need to put down the salt.
