Chicken teriyaki, double meat, no vegetables..always excellent. Order a smaller drink as refills are free.
A 2 star just because the food is good , but the workers are a joke. They will literally have u standing there waiting for your food while they talk and laugh and flip the burnt chicken like a thousand times when it’s literally ready, but barely do they know that sometimes people are in a 30Min break and waist our time to be petty. If they don’t like there job get another easy as that any place is hiring right now
To the manager of the restaurant by the name of Alberto I want to say thank you very much for fixing my order not only that but you replaced it and made my day a lot better on the day when I came in to your business inside the mall I was kind of let down because I didn't get to try my shrimp that I ordered so I only had my meal to eat which was the shrimp and steak teriyaki without my side dish which was the shrimp tupa or however you spell that last part lol I sat down at the airport while waiting for my flight opened my box thinking I was going to have a nice good meal to my surprise it was not.. there was also no receipt... came back today and talk to you about the problem and you fixed it without putting up an attitude you are a wonderful kind heart man who deserves a raise this was my second time going to the business both experience were kind of good except for that first one I send my deepest gratitude towards you sir please continue to do an awesome job at this location sincerely the guy with the green shirt ?? thank you can't wait to come back for some more food! Your location has also been put up on my page and everything to help get more people to this location again I hope you and your team have a wonderful time and I can't wait to see you again super excited ?
It was a bad experience on that day manager was walking around joking with employees and making rude comments in Spanish and the chicken took 20 mins to make the manager needs to make an example you here to work not social with employees.

I've been coming here for years, but tonight really hit the spot. I happened to be there when they were closing and I was one of their last customers. I've always loved the food and they gave extra everything plus a spring roll for free since they were closing. Totally awesome, love this place

I love their food. Best around. But their service has become horrible. Get rid of the three worthless guys out front and we will return. It's just not worth the attitude and the long wait. Service use to be much better and quicker.
I went to the Mall over the weekend with my family to purchase a birthday gift for my daughter. After we walked around the Mall, we stopped at the food court to get some lunch. I saw Sarku Japan and wanted to try them out. We approached Sarku. I walked over to the counter to order. A young man came to take my order. He came out with an attitude. He quickly asked for my order. I told him what I wanted, and he promptly rang me up at the register. I paid for my food and moved away from the counter. A moment later, I realized they messed up with my orders and put fried rice, but I wanted steamed rice. I approached the counter again and kindly asked this young lady if she could please replace the fried rice from my steamed rice orders. With an attitude, she rolled her eyes and returned the fried rice. My order was complete. The guy that prep the food placed the food on the counter and told me they were ready. He made me close my plate where he did to other customers. My entire experience at the place was disappointing. I strongly recommend the owner to get these guys to work on their customer service skills. I don't usually get upset, but this is not necessary. Sarku Japan will not be on my list of choices when I come back to Glenbrook Mall again.
