Tonight management came to check on our table.... I informed him that I was not happy. He asked what was wrong? I proceeded to let him know that "I am not happy because they do not provide a wheelchair service" Because I was sooo FULL... The food and service was absolutely fantastic. My mother is first generation Italian, and I was genuinely impressed. So so good. Definitely coming back, and I will for sure recommend this place to my family, not to mention anyone else who is on the search for yummy Italian food. Thank you!
What a delight! Traveling through here on a whirlwind tour, stopped in Fort Wayne overnight. Had the pooch so couldn’t eat in the restaurant so I went alone for carry out. What a treat, delicious. The portions were huge, enough for dinner the next evening. The folks there are courteous, friendly, efficient and professional. The bar tender was both entertaining and efficient in his tasks. At times I wish I lived here so as to enjoy the fare’s of this delightful restaurant.

First visit, met family members for dinner. Pleasant place, friendly staff, amazing menu. Had a little long wait for food to be served but may have been that it was 6 different dishes at once so will take that into consideration. My only 2 complaints is my order of spinach ravioli was too hard on the bottom & I had to cut it with a knife. The flavor was awesome & side salad was delicious. Everyone was served but my granddaughter had to wait quite awhile to get her dinner, most of us were more than halfway through eating by the time she was served. Our server was so apologetic & even too photos of all of us with granddaughters phone, much appreciated. Will definitely try the place again because the food is fantastic.
My family and I have been here a few times and we’ve always had a good experience. The food is good and the waitstaff is great. They have a nice menu selection. Their meatballs taste great, which is probably why I usually order the spaghetti and meatballs. I’ve been wanting to try their lasagna, so maybe on my next visit.
Great Italian restaurant! The food was fabulous and our server Mar was fantastic! The portions are very generous and delicious. We will be back.
Place was packed (always a good sign). 4:00PM on a Friday night and it was an hour wait. Being a single guy I knew I have a longer wait, but the gent worked and found me a 2 seater in the bar. Didn't get his name but he was working his tail off to seat people, and he was a treat to watch. He knew how to work the room, joking to keeping people entertained while they waited. Once seated I met Erin (bar tender/server) and she was a hoot. I've been on a week long road trip and have had a few lesser servers. Erin turned that around. Thumbs up for the place, and Erin!
We went here for our first time on Friday evening... The wait time wasn't long at all and I am not kidding when I say this was the best restaurant experience I have ever had.. our waitress was wonderful the food was phenomenal, the manager(?) stopped by our table to ask how things were and it was a great evening. The aren't kidding about the portion sizes either!! I would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be going back!!
This is one of my favorite places to eat. Dining in my experiences have been excellent.However, I had an encounter with the Manager that was so disappointing that I'm not sure I want to give them my business any longer. I placed an order for carry out and when I got home I had received the wrong food. Due to dietary restrictions, I could not eat the mistake they gave me. I called the store and they offered to credit the meal back on my gift card. However, the Managers tone was rude, she questioned several times whether I had received an incorrect order because they had typed it in correctly. I felt like I needed to take pictures to prove it. When I mentioned that her tone of voice was rude her response was "I'm calling you ma'am because i respect my elders". Lol. This was over the phone. I asked her how she knew my age. Her response was that she was in her 30s, so......I've never heard ma'am used in such a rude tone.In my opinion, when a restaurant sends you home with a wrong order and you drive home, open your meal and have nothing you can eat unless you want to reorder and drive a lengthy trip back (I live out of town) they should do more than credit their mistake. Something should be added for the inconvenience and time and gas wasted. The mistake was thrown out and I had no meal. What I received was a lot of arguing, attitude and nastiness. I cant believe this manager has contact with customers.So, if you only have to deal with the wait staff, I give 5 stars. The Manager, I'd rate a generous 2.
