I've been in here a couple times. I called them on the phone, major malfunction language barrier. Couldn't get past the Spring rolls, She kept telling me they come in orders of 4, fine I want X number of orders of rolls, "you want x number roll?" (Ill forgive them for this, these things happen.) I ended up terminating the call and I submitted my order through the website. Over $100 in food. I showed up to the restaurant. The food was still in the kitchen. I took a seat, patiently waited. Food started coming out of the kitchen. She was dealing with about 4 orders at once, I had about 7 line items on there. She indicated that she was going to check the order and make sure it was complete before I depart. It took a hot minute but after inspection she was satisfied that the order was complete, and it was to their credit. Everyone ate their meals. Thank you, Saigon. Until next time.
was going give a good review but when all was done and we payed for our food, the lady/owner forced us to give tip and when we told her no she said thats not how it works and started going on about how we were not thought right and tried to put 10% on and we told her we are not giving tip through the card and she tried to forced us and put 10% without our concent and and after we said no multiple time out of nowhere there was a food the didn't put and charged us extra 20$, we just had a terrrible day after. I don't mind giving tip and i did give the person tip with cash but when you try to put 10% without telling us, thats when it becomes a problme. You shouldn't have to worry about tip if you wern't our waiter. Will not ever go here again Don't go here, if you are trying to have a good lunch or dinner cause their food is also awful
Is very good! Had noodles with meatballs the first time and shrimp lo mien the second. Everyone I've taken there has enjoyed it even my picky grandpa. Is family friendly and has excellent service.
The best Vietnamese and Asian cuisine I've ever had! The egg rolls crisp and bursting with flavor! The Pho Ga (chicken soup with rice noodles) is my absolute fave there! It's broth is so hearty and tasty. The staff were so friendly, and the food was cooked and served fast and hot, as ALWAYS. Literally the best in the midwest!
Some of the best food you will ever have. Best Crab Rangoon. Best egg rolls. My favorite is the Mi Heo Xao (just ask for #18).
BEST Vietnamese food in Fort Wayne!!By far BEST egg rolls.... The Thia style Hot & Sour shrimp soup is my Favorite dish if you like spice
Best egg rolls in town. Very friendly, fast and efficient service. Plenty of seating in back areas. Kung pow pork is my favorite. Cafe su da(iced coffee) goes well with anything with a little heat. Varied menu. Definitely worth the trip.
They had great food there and a nice straight forward server. 10/10 would recommend
Excellent Pho. Tastes great with a compliment of fresh spices and jalapenos and bean sprouts. If you like soup you will love Saigon.
They definitely live up to their reputation!! My first time ever eating there and I'm a fort Wayne native. I apologize for that!! I've been missing out! Excellent service, delicious food and soups!! Mmmmmm!!
