Have been getting 2dzn assorted every Wed for 2 months. Every time has been great. I love consistency.
Nothing about this place is bad, maybe that the powder from the donuts is hard to get off your clothes. The staff is very welcoming, and always seems in a happy, joyous mood. The atmosphere is fantastic, and I love going in and sitting down to enjoy some amazing award-winning donuts.
The donuts are excellent....the customer service however is very iffy. I live in SW side of town....my significant other and I frequent the establishment. When he goes they off him a free coffee very welcoming and chatty...in all the years I have been never offered a free coffee. they just get me in and out...even if I'm at the counter with another while paying at the other cash register they will ask them about a free coffee but not me!
Still my favorite don't shop!
