Super good food! Staff was sweet but it did seem chaotic with the staff and how many table each server had. Not their fault in any which way. Still accommodated perfectly and was a pleasant experience.

The food was decent, I'd say a 7.5 out of 10. The staff was not very friendly. I may say they were actually a bit unpleasant. It wasn't very busy when we patronized this establishment, so I'm not sure if everyone was just having a bad day or?The food did come out hot and tasted fine, but it seemed like a huge hassle to refill our drinks and fries (once). I probably won't be going back anytime soon. Although the food was good, the service made it a less than enjoyable experience.

I feel like this place is getting better. For a moment it was kinda rough but they are getting it together. With food and service. Our food was delicious. Came out very fast. And we did not wait on drinks for even a moment.

Good burgers, love their bottomless fries and drink options. The onion rings stacker and donut croissant stackers are both fantastic!I honestly don't typically review chains but since I find myself craving here about once a year, they earned it! The winner is their campfire sauce, which is ?

Had a long wait (40 min), but there were plenty of tables available. Got seated back in the corner by ourselves away from the noisier main restaurant, but then they seated a group of 5 kids and 1 parent next to us. Another victim of being understaffed.Took a long time to refill drinks, which there is no excuse for. If you can't keep up, bring a pitcher or 2 drinks. I had to stop and get a drink at a gas station after we ate.I ordered a plain cheeseburger for $12.50 and it was overcooked ( I figured it would be since the waiter offered well done or sort of pink). Waiter did offer to replace, but I declined as everyone else was half done with theirs.Restaurants need to be aware that it's not the customers fault that you don't have enough help. I cannot stand waiting on drinks and overcooked burgers. Family of 4 cost $100 for burgers and drinks ):

Service was good but they didn't have the ability to make milkshakes. Food ended coming out cold. The waitress we had was awesome for being in training. She knew what she had available and she was always checking in with us for refills

So much food for your money. Fresh food. Nice staff. Long wait times to get to your table but once at the table staff use a device to put the order in as they get it from you so it speeds it up a bit. Our waiter didn't take any dirty dishes or ask if we wanted refills. Bottomless fries I believe and root beer floats.

Quaint, but good kids menu. Always good food. Kids always eat my food anyway. It's nice to have the mall to look around at, if there's a wait on the weekends. They can send a text when your table is available.

Part 1: Service- The hostess and attendants were extremely friendly and helpful despite bring very very busy. They did their jobs well.Part 2: Food- The food wasn't the best, most of our burgers tasted very bland, the fries were cold, but the rest of the food was good.Overall 4 starts because the service was extremely good during such a busy time, and hopefully the cooks were just having an off night.

This location of Red Robin, has been here for over 20 years. We have dined there many, many times. The last four years however, we have noticed a continued decline, with our last visit a couple weeks ago, probably our last. The "gourmet" burgers have become small frozen patties. The sandwich itself has shrunk to something that actually fits in your mouth without pressing it down. The "unlimited" side are smaller than ever, which leads your to order several refills, of which you will be lucky to get half of them. Service is slow. Ordered items are not delivered at all, or wrong items are brought out. Prices are Red Robin's "normal" price, which is now extremely high for what you are getting. It is sad to see the decline in service, food quality, and overall caring by the staff, but I guess these are the times we live in.
