I can't figure out how it's even possible for them to be this slow. We've been here an hour to pick up a for dash . There was right cars... I don't get it.
I love the food here, and I've never had any problems with the quality, but every time I go here I spend nearly an hour waiting in line at the drive-thru. That's not an exaggeration. Tonight I got in line at 8:45 pm and left with my food at 9:35.
3am Service was excellent...had to wait 50 min to get order in... Why the hell this the ONLY rally's open late... Why the hell the rest of Rally's in Fort wayne close around 9pm... Forcing these workers to be over worked... Corporate Checkers/Rally's need to fix this issue

I only asked if they knew how much longer it would be till I got my food because I had already been waiting almost 30 minutes and you had already helped at lead 5 cars and 2 people behind me. I'm disabled and standing is ready hard enough on me. I just wanted a short walk. But no, I ended up almost passing out because my heart rate went to high. I will never come back. It was a question, I didn't deserve to be treated that way. I didn't even yell, and I apologized for asking, I just didn't feel good and I was going to ask for my money back if it was to much longer... Older white lady is the one that was so awful to me. Also, no, I didn't bring a wheelchair, I didn't think I'd need it. Clearly that was my fault. 6-11-22 is when I went...
Love rallys cause there the only fast food place in town besides taco bell that stays open the latest and there food is delicious especially the big Buford but you gotta try the western Buford it's amazingThey have the best fries in town
Flippin excellent!!!! I drove 25 min and waited 30 min for awesomeness ( given the time of night and not a lot of things open). I'd do it again! WELL WORTH IT!!!!!
Amazing. Sometimes slow. But usually only during normal eating hours. Get the wicked strawberry twist cone. It's amazing.
Been extremely busy as of lately for my job as a rideshare delivery driver for delivery apps. The line may suck most days and times but their food is normally pretty good food wise anyways.
They are always SO BUSY. But they are so friendly and get our order right every time. Top notch team! They all deserve a raise!!
