I tried Raimondo's at a public outing where we were treated to free pizza. I was excited because the organization ordered somewhere local instead of Carboard Hut (or was it Pizza Hut?)I grabbed two slices of what I THOUGHT was cheese and bacon pizza. When I bit into it, I realized that there was pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, and sausage hidden underneath the cheese. All toppings that I hate. Needless to say I didn't enjoy my slices. I can't stand when pizzerias do this; why hide everything under the cheese? It just makes for a nasty surprise to the unsuspecting diner.After picking everything off (which was like half the slice), I ate the cheese and crust. Sauce had no flavor and crust was hard and...also had no flavor.So yeah. Don't think I'll ever order this pizza for myself.
Ordered for the 2nd time and when they delivered they forgot a part of the order and said they'd be back with it. I called after 45 minutes of waiting for her to return and the lady was extremely rude on the phone. Will not be a returning customer.The 1 star is because the delivery driver was polite.
In Ft. Wayne for an event and wanted some really good not-a-chain branded pizza. This is it!! So delicious and such a great price! I got the house salad which was fresh and delicious. Also had the hand tossed cheese pizza and hubby had a 4 topping pizza. Added 2 drinks and a cookie for under $30!! This is a truly must save location for when we come back!
Amazing! The cashier was so calm and collected! It was a comfortable conversation during the entire experience. Commonly most experiences at fast food were neutral or rude. Sometimes those do improve in terms of communication.Ordered a 12” White pizza and a Monster Energy Drink for a total of $16. Very happy they had multiple types of drinks. The white pizza was so good I did not need to season it!
Pizza was great, prices were good, and the service was very friendly. Steady stream of customers on a Sunday evening. This is a great family run small business.

Wonderful pizza, had a hand tossed pepperoni. And, a deep dish with pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage and green peppers. Delicious and fast service. Reasonable pricing.
They have really gone down hill in quality. Chicken so overcooked it's inedible. Call to let them know just told sorry we will tell the cook. Offer nothing more. Veggie basket overcooked! They should offer discount on future order or some type of credit! Maybe sorry enough to do anything about it. They are off my go to list. My cats wouldn't even eat the chicken!
The cheese slid off every slice of pizza I picked up...under cooked and sloppy pizza. Usually great pizza but this was disappointing and has been happening more than once recently.
Heard a lot of people saying this place has gone down after new management. Ordered a barbecue pizza and got a chicken club pizza (who eats these?) Not a mayo fan at all! Was told that the owner’s daughter (new profession?) took the order and said she repeated it back. Horrible customer service. Once, I got the wrong order from another restaurant and they gave us (coworkers) a free meal the next day for lunch. This place made me feel like a liar telling me I had to show them I got the wrong pizza during my work hours, and I am not a new customer???? I ate one piece as I was hangry and could not stomach anymore. Loss a customer and probably many others as my coworkers said, “I told you so.” I gave 2 stars because I’m going to miss the salad??.
