The burrito bowl with Adobo chicken was delicious. Loved that I was able to customize it with plenty of options. The staff were kind. The queso was tasty, though maybe a little thin for my taste.

Wow. Mind blowing the things you’ll encounter. Came in to get dinner, only to find the manager(?) who’s name I was told was Devonte literally screaming at his front line workers. And throwing things???I’ve worked in kitchens before. You can say that’s just what it’s like to work in a kitchen all you want. But when your kitchen is part of the entire lobby and people can see and hear you. That’s so incredibly unprofessional and nasty. He was screaming at young ladies who quite frankly looks terrified. One was getting ready to cry.I truly do not care if someone just walked out. I don’t care that their short staffed. You DO NOT take issues like that out on your employees who are choosing to stay there. I am completely disgusted with his behavior and have already moved forward with contacting corporate. No one should feel unsafe and unappreciated in a job that we all know is already underpaid.

I'm giving this a 5 start the customer service what's good and speedy, but when you order chips and queso And your bag of chips is 80% crumbs it makes it difficult to eat your chips in queso. I love qdoba and I'll keep coming but that part was frustrating.

Good food. More expensive than Salsa Grille. Found bones in my chicken - not a great way to make a good first impression.

Wonderful service, food, and general vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed, will visit again!

I ate there Monday 21st about 11:30 staff friendly and bright and cheery . I ordered a quesodias with chicken and cheese black beans and jalapeno. I was very disappointed. The chicken was dry chunks and the amount of cheese skimpy. The tortilla shell was blah and dry. I have had much better quesodias for half the price too. Shredded chicken with some moister would have helped big time .

Customer service was lacking, our person didn't ask us anything just stared at us as we went down the line. I know prices are up, but it was $43 for two 3-cheese nachos, a burrito, and 4 drinks. The burrito was missing the ground beef. Luckily we ate in, so they made a new one. The nacho ingredients were barely warm. I did not feel great the rest of the night, but was fine in the morning. The Coke and Diet Coke dispensers were mixed up with handwritten faded Sharpie writing. I'm not diabetic but have to watch sugar and so I had to taste them to figure out which was which. I hadn't been here since pre-pandemic, but we used to go about once per month. I won't be going back any time soon. It's sad because this location used to be really good.

Every time I go there staff are slow and chit chatting, not focusing on customers leading to long queues, even lots of delivery drivers waiting for food so that means customers who've ordered online just waiting for their food too. Looks bad on the restaurant. They changed their entire staff a couple of months ago saying they're working on improving things but honestly the new staff is way worse than the old ones. Things have gone from bad to worse now. Sad. Loved the food always but service is extremely poor.

When you order an impossible burrito and receive a....rice burrito??? Everthing in the order was cold, tortilla was tough and hurt my teeth. Super unenjoyable. I ordered at 1130 for a 2pm delivery l, they clearly made this at 1145 and let it sit. Generally no issues but this was sad. Do better.

Girl at counter was super nice and helpful making decisions on what to get.....and the food was awesome
