I waited 20 minutes for my food, no exaggeration, all for it to be incorrect. My iced coffee had no syrup in it, breakfast burrito was falling apart when I opened it, and my parfait was overfilled and leaking out of the sides, and the topping was not on the side like I had requested. This is not the first time an incorrect order has been given to me, and I have just given up on going inside to ask for the correct order because it takes a very long time to get someone’s attention. I understand things get busy and stressful, but please improve this. Very disappointed.
I usually never have a problem at any location but whoever the woman is taking drive thru orders today (left side) was extremely rude. Said “wow” because I wanted milkshakes with each meal. I was really shocked at how she spoke. I understand if you’re stressed or having a tough day but there was no reason for the way she was speaking to me as a customer. (The ones that handed me my food were great)
We stopped here for dinner on a road trip. The food was very good. We ordered the Bulgogi dinner which came with kimchi, veggies, bulgogi, and streamed rice and hot and sour soup as an appetizer. It was a lot of food, and we could have split one dinner.
The ddukbokki was so delicious and spicy in all the right ways! Really enjoyed my meal!
Ordered carryout in the late afternoon for dinner. Probably our 5th time eating their food and it is always phenomenal. Very kind people, too.
It was good except one of the ladies working behind the counter kept putting her hands on her hair pushing it out of her eyes..
Food is good but customer service suck. The lady who answered the phone told me the waiting is an hour so I told her I will just order n pick it up in an hour but she hanged up on me. She’s so rude . Need more staff so that the person work there should not be cooking, answering phone calls n at the same time attending the cash register .

third time I have ordered from here through Doordash and everytime quality of food gets worse and worse, half of my fries were still crunchy in the middle, barely any breading on chicken and what was on it wasn't even brown or had even left the levels of white...chicken didn't look fully cooked period...through sandwich and fries away...peppermint shake is always a fav...until tonight...more vanilla than anything. smh I'm so done with this location. I will go into mall or out west but never again with this location.
