We tried this for the 1st time today. Was told by the person making sandwich that I didn't have to get my Italian sandwich toasted , so I was sure to say this again when I ordered. When we got home, my sandwich WAS toasted and on menu it said it came with provolone and I didn't get. My husband wanted his toasted and it wasn't. Was told when I called that they were closed and I said I was too far and wasnt thinking of coming back now. No mention of any compensation, but that was ok with me. We won't be back
I love coming here. The staff is always friendly and the subs are always delicious. Tried a strawberry shake for the first time the other week and it was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend if you want a great meal for a great price!!
Food was okay. Not super flavourful. Service was fine. Ill be back to try a milkshake to see if those are good but would only buy a sandwich again if I had a gift card.
The one thing I had about the sandwich that I liked was the bread, the meat on the Italian sub was flavorless, I asked for green peppers and I said that three times and they just loaded it up with giardiniera and that's all I could taste. Very disappointed
Great sandwich and soup combo. The Italian sandwich was a true italian with the salami, pepperoni, capicola and Mortillo meats was so good and the broccoli cheddar soup was amazing. Will go back

12/14/21 - I ordered online before leaving my office and arrived to hot food waiting for me.My vegetable soup and Steakhouse Beef on Wheat was good. I was having a craving for a cheesy sandwich and soup, the sandwich fulfilled the craving, however the vegetable soup missed its mark for me.I ordered double meat and got the skinny cut so it was nice and meaty, the Horseradish Aioli and Bleu Cheese were a great pairing and adding hot peppers kicked it up a notch.The vegetable soup was hot but just didn't hit the spot I wanted it to. I would try it again, but wouldn't be my first choice.The restaurant itself was clean and the staff was friendly 4/5 stars for mediocre soup today.
Food was delicious. Had the ½ Steakhouse Roast Beef and ½ Farmhouse Salad. Wife and kids enjoyed their food as well.
Do you like standing in line for 30 minutes for a sub-par sandwich? Then this is the place for you. Horribly understaffed and staff are undertrained. Don’t waste your time.
First time visit. Had coupon. BOGO.Overpriced and the food didn't taste very good. Both sandwiches had a bad taste. Maybe the ham was bad? That was the only thing in common on both sandwiches. We both were I'll that evening
