Very disappointed. I came here cuz my sister was raving about the chicken sandwich. Which I thought was just ok. Could be because it was obviously sitting a while cuz part of the bun was hard.My biggest problem is with the customer service. I walk in and one person is waiting to order the other is waiting on his food. 2 people working the drive through. One person getting the one customers food together. Nobody helping the person waiting to order. Stood there waiting while she gathered customers food for a good 2 to 3 minutes. No customers coming through the drive through. So those 2 people serving the drive through were just standing there while 2 customers waited to give their orders at the counter. Finally she gives the customer their order then takes the next order. The drive thru people never helped the people at the counter even though they had no customers. Then I got to eat in the dinning room. Ya'll there wasn't a clean table in the place. And it wasn't busy. Trash was full. Storage containers out in the dinning room area. Floor has trash and food all over the place. The person at the drive thru person could have been training. But that shouldn't stop them from helping elsewhere when they have no customers. They could have had the experienced person take counter orders while the other person gathered food. Then send the newbie to clean up the dining room.I don't work there and I could run the place better on day one. Plus my pet peeve. Nobody moves with a sense of urgency when people are waiting. A slow pace is unacceptable.

Ordered a couple meals in the drive through, they forgot one of the sandwiches but, still charged us for the sandwich. Tried to call the restaurant to fix the problem but, no one would pickup the phone. I guess they just steal your money

My husband and I stopped for some dinner. The chicken was good. The biscuit is where it was at though. It was so moist on the inside and buttery on the outside. The mashed potatoes were good as always too. My husband got the classic chicken sandwich which he really enjoyed. Everything was hot and fresh. The lady in drive thru was very nice and friendly.

This place really went downhill. They're hiring teenagers who don't take their job seriously. They just loudly talk to each other in the back instead of actually paying attention to the customer. I had asked for a spicy chicken sandwich, and had to clarify twice that it was spicy because for some reason they kept thinking I wanted classic. Clearly they didn't listen, and when the guy working at the window realized I wanted a spicy he shouted to the guy making food that I actually wanted a spicy. Of course he wasn't listening either since he was busy have a mini-party with the other workers and I got a classic anyway. No professionalism. No customer service. No attentiveness to their customers, even. The employees are just off in their own world having fun instead of working.

We're a family of eight road tripping across the Midwest over Memorial day weekend. We pull up to the drive through, not completely familiar with the menu. My wife and I are doing our best to get all our orders in, with as few customizations as possible, but I know this isn't ideal for the workers. To my surprise the drive through worker heard everything, was patient, offered some helpful suggestions, and repeated back a long order back to me, spot on the first time.We pull up to pay, and the staff are on task and up beat; some of the friendliest I've interacted with. They are handing out compliments to my wife and kids right along with our meals (which were prepared very quickly). We ate at several places on our trip and the food meet our expectations, but my family will surely remember Popeye's and this specific restaurant and the staff went above and beyond.

My husband and I went through the drive through on Lima road 6/1/22. We ordered our food, were asked to wait by the trash can. They said they'd bring it to us. We were waiting on chicken nuggets (he ordered a 12 piece, I ordered a 8 piece. It took about 25 minutes to get our food, extra nuggets and fries were added because of our wait time. After we left, I checked our food. I did not get the cole slaw after the waiting and extra food. I tried to call twice, got no answer. I love their slaw, was very disappointed. The were five to six vehicles that got food and went around us. This is not the first time I've had problems, so I gave it another try. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

If not enough employees inside is closed. Drive-thru is open and moves at a good pace.I always order Spicy, but the last 6 months or so, Spicy is just BLAND.The Spicy Chicken sandwich is usually a good, filling choice. It alone fills me up.I have had the App since before restaurant opened. I have yet to be able to use or receive the "Free Chicken Sandwich". When the stand alone coupon was listed, the app never completed the order, to payment. Plus, the digital coupons have $$$ minimums to use.App doesn't allow GooglePay or ApplePay. You have to put in a card to pay. Takes forever to order on app

I ordered 3 meals. I got 3 drinks but only 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. There is no way to contact the restaurant. The phone has had a busy tone for 2 hours. I could not drive back to the restaurant, this is the only way I could even let them know about my situation.

Could not go inside, they said they were too busy to let customers in. Drive-thru the line was excessively long but the parking spaces are so close to the drive-thru line and there was people in front and behind me so I couldn't get out of line either. I literally sat there for almost half an hour and the chicken was not good it had a rubbery feel to it every bit of it the sandwich, the breast, thighs, wings and legs. I'm not sure how that could happen but it was disgusting I bought the 10 pc. family meal plus two sandwiches macaroni was just completely burnt but you got to pay extra for that now come on.

We've always been happy with this Popeyes. The line is usually a bit long, but they are quite efficient, and the food is always great--and in my opinion the superior alternative to KFC.
