It's like it always was - but other places have improved so much. Doesn't seem to recognize that it now has serious competition.

The server was lacking any personality. Ordered two pizzas the same and one was 10 min later to come out with no explanation as to why
$11 salad bar is fantastic but pricey. Pizza always great. Staff seems fun.
We have been to this location twice recently. Both times we have been very disappointed with our food. The first time we complained about the meat tasting weird and the manager said that was the way it has always tasted. The last time our stuffed crust pizza came out dripping in butter on the whole pizza. The board had pools of dried up butter sitting on it. We have never had a pizza covered with butter before. We didn't order it that way and never would. We couldn't even finish the slice we each had. We will not be coming back to this location . The Lima Rd. one offers much better pizza.
The server Petra is great since we first came here last year we return to this Pizza Hut from Ohio she is amazing ?

Went for the old school salad buffet and got exactly what I wanted - hasn't changed in 20 years, in a good way. Nice price for lunch (just under $10 for a drink & salad) and our server was very friendly (kept our drinks full).

Arrived to pick up. They gave me wrong pizza which is fine but when I told them about this, they just told me they would make me a new one and it would take about 15 minutes. I understand they were busy but didn't appreciate no attempt to make it right.
