Bad service, they make you wait a lot of time while they are just chatting. They gave my order to an other costumer and when the costumer return my order they wanted to give it back to me so I didn't want it anymore so I asked for refund but they just refunded me the value of the wings before taxes. I asked for the taxes and the manager said no you didn't pay taxes the taxes were for the other food that I ordered but I made the sum before taxes and after taxes and they charged it but he said no and he didn't give me the taxes back.
Placed an online order, an hour and a half later, still "being made". Called the store, hung up on multiple times by "manager". Drove to store, was told by "manager" (high school aged child) that the system showed it was cancelled by a mysterious caller 4 minutes after I placed the order. Why was your system showing me you were processing and making my order for hours, while you say it was cancelled in your system? After two hours, ended up paying for a meal I never even saw.
Definitely stepped their game upService is significantly better..food was good..
Dining in Pizza came in a box to table asked for silverware and plates and some Mozzarella cheese was informed that would cost another dollar. I know go to Pizza Hut on State a real restraunt the way Pizza Huts use to be
Got my pizza burnt the 1st time let it slide it was edible didn't want to wait forever them next time I tried to order they tried to play me 42$ for a stuffed crust a sm cheese and a 2 liter? Straight trash
I don't like the new business model. This used to be a place you could bring your family. Now its lost all of that. You even have to pay for water. 6 dollars for water!!! We are moving on from Pizza Hut and going with local pizzerias.
Someone almost definitely cut a strip out of the center of my large pepperoni pizza And the taco pizza I ordered did not have banana peppers like I ordered
Pizza Hut has lost its charm. The food was ok but atmosphere was a cookie cutter order at counter, they bring your dinner in a cardboard box with a paper plate and your soft drink comes in a 20oz bottle. I didn't even notice if beer was still available.
Not me being friendly and then getting raw pizza. Kindly let them know and they get harsh and remake my pizza raw again. Not everybody lies about having raw dough I even offered to give them the other pizza back maybe they will see the error. I even gave a decent tip (on the first time). I'm questioning my trust for this location.
We loved the old Pizza Hut before they knocked it down. The new pizza hut is terrible. Even the business model has changed. No waiters, waters are over $2 a piece. Just terrible.
