Honestly my wife and I were kind of scared to try it because it was something completely new to us but we both loved what we got. We will be coming back to try something else completely new. I would say it's a little pricey our meals were about 15 each but they were both big enough for 2 meals so worth it
Excellent sushi, pho, and Asian-fusion options. Great service, and very gracious staff/owners who really hustle. Try the Volcano or Pho-Shi roll as an appetizer for your group.
Honest review: the server was very nice and the food came relatively fast in like 10 min after ordering. How ever the music was very loud and it was quite cold in there. I’m guessing it was cold in there because of how hot it has been recently. The chopsticks are plastic and re-usable and the silverware was in a plastic container on the side of the table which was kind of odd. There are 3 tvs there that kind of take away the experience of going to a Asian restaurant, it is not a buffalo wild wings or anything like that so it doesn’t make sense. When you walk in there are these excessive plants and bright Christmas lights that gives off a strange vibe so much that people walk in and get confused if they are in the right building. They give you a lot of food for the price which is nice. I get that it is a family business and I will cut some slack for that.
Pho noodle soup was amazing!! The entry was very beautiful with the floral and lightening. The waiters were very courteous and respectful! I was very tired so I asked about my desert that I never ordered. The person reminded me kindly. I was naturally mortified, but the waiter did not contribute more to my feelings of dread.
My pad Kee mao was the worst I've ever had. The noodles were extremely plentiful and soggy. I couldn't taste the dish. Very little crunchiness or basil flavor. I think the pan was dirty that they fried it in too. It has that after taste. The hotness was supposed to be medium/hot. Fairly bland for me. I added gochujang at home. My husband had Orange chicken. He said it was ok, but a bit dry. The flavor was good though. The sushi roll was the highlight. Skip the thai dishes here.
Food is excellent but the weight time is insane. The restraunt was rather empty and it took us over an hour to get our food. We also never were checked on and sat for an extra 30 minutes after eating because we were waiting to get the bill and a to go box. I will definitely order again but get my food to go.
Oh my goodness! I was just driving down Jefferson and saw Pho-shi. So my husband took me for my birthday. The food was delicious and staff was friendly. I definitely recommend you go visit Savannah as well as the great owners Snow and her husband at Pho-shi.
First time eating here. I was staying at the hotel down the road. As you walk in, there a a lot of artificial flowers along the wall. Just a little confusing walking in. Smaller place, seems to me to be more of a takeout restaurant. Seemed to be only two people working the evening I was there. But were very nice. The gentleman working seemed to do everything. He was cleaning the floors and windows while waiting on tables and serving food. That make me a little nervous. I wish he would wait to clean when they close. I ordered soup and tea and both were good. I would go back
Love the Mixed Pho and crunchy crab maki
The food is always delicious and the portion size is a lot. The people working there are very nice and loving. Will always come back
