If you’re looking for a grilled onion sandwich with a little steak as a condiment, you’ve come to the right Penn Station. Terrible.
Had not been in this store for years. Was on my way to get some burgers when I decided I would rather have a Reuben. I stood there for several minutes before my presence was even acknowledged by any of the four workers. I also noticed that the three couples inside had no food on the table. The big bin of potatoes caused me to want some fries. I was told they were “actually out of fries”. Fine…I did not hear the excuse…Waited another five minutes at the cash register, but I was entertained by chatting about the lousy service before I walked out. It will be several more years before I go back.
I shouldn’t even give one star. I ordered food through GrubHub. A sandwich and a “snack size” for my pregnant wife. She ultimately didn’t want to eat, so we never opened the sandwiches. Once I got the house situated, I go to enjoy my Italian Sub. To my dismay, there’s NO FOOD in my bag. The employees (I assume,) rolled up a bunch of Penn station paper to resemble sandwiches, and wrapped them up as such. When I opened both, just paper. No food. Absolutely ridiculous. Trash. Will never order from this location again. Picture attached of the “snack size.”
Ordered a veggie sub. Was below penn station standards. First disappointment. Went to website and posted feedback, almost a month now and no response. Very poor as compared to firehouse subs
Good food. The philly steak sandwich and fries are really good.
Was in line for 20 mins took my sub longer thn others behind me & my order was still wrong & somehow the phone to call never works, not a coincidence I don’t believe. Bad for business
Usually I would leave this location a 5* but our last stop was horrible. Both my children's sandwiches where incorrect and when we said they where wrong we where told "well that's how they come so of you didn't say no lettuce or tomatoes then they come on them" no offer to fix them, on a Dagwood we have always just order what they want on it...and my son didn't even have the correct meat on his...I know staffing is hard right now but don't let them serve unless they know your policy.
Slower then expectedfor no wait but very friendly. Hot fries and good food. Bought lemonade that seemed stale or fermented however
My favorite Philly cheese steak. Fresh bread and never frozen french fries. The best.
Good food, horrible service. Rude and typical for a bunch of high school kids. Now a days there is no such thing as good service. It shows that they really do t want to be here
