Understandably, one would leave a review only in the off-chance (I hope) of order-gone-bad, but to frustrated not to share.Ordered coffee/beverages for an important work meeting to be delivered by 12:15. The order never arrived. I kept checking my phone for any notification. Only to find out once the meeting had ended, that the order was left in a hallway in the building. I can understand if it was hard to find the meeting room, but why require a phone number for the order if you are not to use it to call?Not only is this bad Panera service, but it reflects badly on the event host. THAT I cannot afford.Word to the Wise: Think twice or have a contingency plan if ordering Catering from this Panera!This is unacceptable.
McDonald's like consistency in quality but more upscale food with fair but upscale pricing. Way more fun and food than Starbucks and very fast service at this pick up your own food after ordering, but great tables and WiFi.
Employees are friendly. The day I visited, they didn't have any bagels because they had used their daily allotment for a catering order. That seems to be a system problem that they can't get more and lose a whole day's sales.
Coffee was good but this location is not maintained well. Water all over mens room floor, looks like leaking from base of commode, cant go in there without getting your pants wet which isn't a great start to the day. Two employees had just walked out of there so must not be a big deal. Counter where you prepare your drinks had sugar all over it and was dirty but cashier is just standing at register looking around like she has nothing to do. Stains from leaking garbage can all over the ground right by main entrance. They definitely don't take pride in this location. I go to lots of Paneras and almost all get 5 stars, not this one, it's filthy
Panera is always good food. Gal who took my order today was friendly, engaging & helpful.My issue as a customer is:The lettering for food is smallhard to readConfusing & to time consuming to read completely. I tend to not go very often & get frustrated when the items have been changed on the order board somewhere else.
Great place, variety of food/drink options. Friendly and positive staff. The young lady who took our orders was kind, informative and friendly! Great job management for hiring people like her.
Enough of a sandwich and soup menu that I like to try something different each time I visit. It's my wife's favorite lunch spot so we go at least once a week. At lunch time, it hard to find a table. Tons of bakery items, not just bread.
I've always enjoyed their hazelnut coffee and pumpkin muffins! Salads are delicious too!
Tables were very dirty, had to clean our own tables. They had the AC on, on a wet rainy day when it was 50 degrees outside. Our table had an air vent blowing extremely cold air down on us. We couldn't stand it and had moved to another table that was dirty with crumbs all over it and we had to clean it off with napkins and hand sanitizer.
Panera serves delicious food at comically inflated prices. $8 for a bowl of soup? $9 for a veggie sandwich? If you ever want motivation to eat at home, go to Panera and think about how you could have made your own meal for half the price.
