I love the supergreens but they are usually sold out, say 8 out of 10 times. They say if you call ahead you can get it. Don't forget to grab forks and napkins as they will NOT be in your bag
Ordered two plates thru the drive thru. Not ready when I paid. I was told to get back in the drive thru line or go inside and get my order, which seemed a bit ridiculous. I went in after a few minutes and waited in line, again. My order still wasn’t ready. By this time I’d been there 20 minutes, so I asked for my money back. The manager wouldn’t give me a refund and kept offering free food instead. I finally just left in frustration with no food and feeling ripped off of the $22.14 that i had just paid. The manager told me to call the toll free number on the receipt. That number is deactivated. They should take Express out of the name.
This location has two drive-thru lanes and we were in the first lane waiting to order for 15 mins with no even speaking to us at all while drive-thru lane 2 kept processing orders. After three vehicles ordered that were behind us and multiple cars honking at us waiting in line, we drove up to the window. We expressed our concern and management came to the window to "help". We told them what was going on and management said that Lane One was to busy and that the individual taking orders from this lane was "busy". They then told us we needed to wait our turn and that we shouldn't have pulled forward until they were ready. We all froze in shock and then told management that we only wanted to place an order and just wanted someone to take our order. They closed the window and so we just waited there until someone came to take our order. We are ashamed of the management and customer service. This has changed our minds completely about ever eating at Panda again and we do a lot of business with Panda. Just a shame.
I honestly haven't had any real bad experiences at this location. Food is always hot and good, always get what I ordered and super friendly staff. BUT there is this one white older lady that wheres a POWERFUL perfume that is WAY to overwhelming considering she works at a restaurant. Whenever I got there and she is working I get an immediate headache. I'm truly suprised management hasn't pulled her to the side and told her a few things. It's a very STRONG old people smelling perfume you would expect to smell before service even starts. OMG, that's really my only issue with the place. Please! Will management get with that older white lady and make her stop wearing that ridiculously strong expired smelling perfume. Thank you in advance
The location on Dupont seems somewhat chaotic. Food tastes good but order was terribly goofed up and portions tiny. Teriyaki chicken was 2 small pieces and crumbs. Lima Road rocks tho!
Every time my husband and I order from here the order is wrong, and missing things. Usually sauces for the teriyaki chicken or the sweet and sour sauce for the cream cheese ragoon. The last time we got food here they only put the chow main in my daughter's kids meal without any meat at all, not 1 piece. There's no way of calling to contact the store as they let it ring and no voice-mail. Any time my husband has tried to let them know somethings missing they are rude and act like they have no idea what's going on. They've even given me 1 dollar short in change before and I didn't notice until pulling away.We have given this panda express so many chances because it's close to where we live. But it's definitely not worth it at all.
I wish I could put zero stars...I work GrubHub and make a living this way. The other Panda location on Coldwater is no problem. But here there's a screen that displays the orders that are to go. GrubHub/Door Dash, etc. It displays the time it will be ready and when it's in progress. Countless times I have gone in there (after driving to the location for several minutes since the time the order was placed) and arrive to see the food won't be ready for another 10/15 minutes. That's usually close to 30 minutes from the time the order is placed untill it is SUPPOSED to be ready. The problem is that customer after customer come in and have their food made upon ordering. While GrubHub and Door Dash workers are made to wait. Which is understandable...to a point. But the food is also never ready even after the 10/15 minutes you wait after you arrive. Mind you they set the time it will be ready. The last three times I've been there Ive waited up to 15 minutes PAST the time the food was to be ready. For someone making a living this way you can't afford to wait at places for 30 to 40 minutes combined and expect to make very much money over the course of a shift. Ill never accept an order to this location. And I would advise other Door Dash/GrubHub driver to do the same.
I have given this location the benefit of my doubt too many times. I am disappointed every time. One time they didn't give us our full order, when we called it went to voice-mail and I never heard back. They give you significantly less food in comparison to others and have higher prices. I got a bowl with fried rice and shrimp and counted 6 shrimp and it did not fill the bowl. Just go to the one on Lima. It's not worth it.
We have never had a problem at this Panda Express. Food was always fresh and hot. The staff is usually friendly. I would normally give 5 stars but when I went there last night, they forgot one of my plates. We did not notice it until we got home. So I had to go back. When I went to speak to the manager I told them they had forgotten one of my plated. She then said no we didn't, I said yes you did, and I told her which plate they forgot and she again said no we didn't. I told her I live 7 minutes away why would I drive all the way back if you did not forget my food. She rolled her eyes at me and walked away she said something to another employee and then she came back served the plate and said there here's your plate with an attitude.
Just moved to this area and my husband ordered carry out for us to eat while moving. They didn’t get one thing correct on our order and when we tried to call them to remedy the situation , they sent us to voicemail every time despite not being busy. So now we have to waste time going back and go inside to have them fix it
