Panda Express needs to make some kind of instruction available to new customers. The first few times we went, our meals were by guess and by golly. After about the third time, I realized other customers were getting half and half on their side dishes. The last 4 times we have been there, they were not making SuperGreens, which is the only saving grace to counterbalance the fried entrees in my book. We won't give them another chance for a long time.
All of our food was covered in pieces of something that had been burned and tasted awful. The manager was quite rude and only offered to replace the orange chicken. Unimpressed.
This location has smaller portions than normal, but as always, life giving. My fav fast food hands down!
The teriyaki chicken breast is not all breast and very fatty. Not cut up well either. Nothing like the picture. The sesame chicken had 5 pieces in it and the rest was all veggies.
We had an Uber Eats order and the lobby was closed for maintenance. Andy grabbed our order so we didn't have to wait behind 10 cars. Thanks Andy you are AWESOME
When you post that you are open at 10am it is understood that you are open at 10 with food ready. Not waiting for the food to cook at 10:22 so you can order. Makes no difference whether it's drive thru or walk in.
Three stars because the food is really very good when you can get it. Two stars are gone because I would say 50% of the time I go here I end up leaving without food. Never enough employees, the lobby is often closed, the drive-through moves at a snails pace, while they ask you to donate to charities.
I can never get Teriyaki chicken at this place (last 3 times I went) it’s my favorite. Just left the drive thru getting something else I didn’t want. They either completely out or there a 16 minute wait on cooking and I can’t wait that long I’m going to work.
