Eating a nice big salad in the bar is a staple for my wife and myself. On the good side, the food is usually quite fresh and well-made. The service is usually very good and the management seems to be very attentive and responsive. My main problem with this restaurant is lack of consistency. If you order a black and blue salad you have no idea what’s going to show up. I brought it up to them but it never changes. It’s just a crapshoot what’s going to come out on the plate. Usually it taste quite good. The last time I was here it had really slipped and the food was not good at all but I’m hoping that’s just an aberration
The waitress was really good. I don’t remember her name, but we sat in the bar on a Saturday night. We both ordered $14-$18 meals & expected our plates to be full like the picture on the menu. We got our food & the portion sizes were so small. While eating my boyfriend found a long black hair in his food so we sent the meal back. When they brought a new meal out… the portion sizes were how they were suppose to be. A half slab of ribs, chicken tenders ( not nuggets, like the first meal). The quality of this restaurant has definitely went down.
Great service from our waitress, Jessica. She was exceptionally helpful and very friendly.
I just moved to Fort Wayne a few months ago and this was the first sit down restaurant I visited. I came in and was sat down, and greeted promptly and warmly by Jessica. She was absolutely fantastic the whole time. The food was alright, not absolutely amazing but not bad at all, she really made the experience worth while! Will visit again purely because of her!
We had angel for a server and she was very attentive polite and light. She was timely with our drinks and food. Food came out delicious and in a quick matter. Angel checked on us several times as well.The view into the bar made the whole visit worth it. Bartender today was 10/10
I enjoyed the delicious margarita's, appetizer (free w/ the O club app), and entre I had this evening and am mad at myself for forgetting to bring my leftovers home. I appreciate Jessica being an attentive server and her helpful suggestions. The Western burger had great flavor but be warned...it's a bit greasy! You'll never, ever go wrong with the chicken tenders or the spinach & artichoke dip (thanks to my friend for sharing!).
Samantha was my server and was the nicest. She interacted with my 7 yr old who I had with me and he just loved her. The steak I got was over cooked but before she even sat it down she realized it and told me she was going to take it to be remade. It was perfect once it was remade. We Will definitely be back.
My wife and I stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. I really enjoyed my steak/chicken finger combo and my wife raved about the planked salmon. Our server was Ashtyn and she was efficient and personable and did her job very well. We will definitely return for further dining experiences.
I haven’t been to O’Charly’s for a long time and my cousin suggested we come in for lunch. Both of us really enjoyed our experience. Notonly was our food delicious but we were especially thankful that Jessica, our waitress was the one who waited on us. She was very courteous, kind and prompt and her service was excellent. Keep up the good work Jessica!
I was there last night 2/14. There was a group 10 women. Our server was Angel . She was an amazing server. She was so capable of explaining anything about the menu...very prompt with taking our drink orders and having them to us in a very timely manner. Angel has a knack for making customers feel very comfortable. She is one if the best servers I have had in a very long time. She was always smiling and has an awesome personality. When I come back I definitely want her as my server again!!! Keep up the amazing job Angel .
