I love moe’s but this one needs some major staff training on how to make your food… The energy in most moe’s are great not this one. The food was not what I’ve come to expect from Moe’s..
Delicious, but very slow. I visited at lunch time today and waited 15 minutes from the time my burrito bowl was built until I was able to check out and leave. There were only 3 people ahead of me in line (so it wasn't due to a huge number of people waiting), and they also waited an exorbitant amount of time to be able to pay and get their food after it was made.
Been here a few times. The parking lot is a little tricky to get to, but the food is worth it. Quick staff, very friendly, and food is always great! Would recommend for a quick bite to eat and some great tastes that you tailor to your wants!
Moe's Dupont Road is utterly deplorable.I used to visit this store on about a bi-weekly basis (years ago), but it's fallen from its pedestal.Every occasion I visit this location. The service is consistently subpar and slow. Their drive through is nearly always closed, regardless of the time of day you try visiting. The restaurant is seemingly always poorly cleaned (visible dirt and grime on the floors and counters) and very poorly stocked (lack of utensils, no serving utensil to get salsa, lack of napkins, etc.).I enjoy Moe's chicken a lot. 9/10 times I purchase something with chicken here it's either dried out and tough, or so overcooked the chicken is nearly completely black and covered in char.
Waited for online pick up order 20 minutes past the time they stated would be ready. All teens working with no customer service skills and not a care in the world about their jobs. Store was messy everywhere, some not wearing hats or hairnets. Verbal communication skills lacking from these kids when dealing with their mess up. Blamed the system for malfunctions, but heard the same thing told to people 2 weeks prior to.
I just stopped into the Warsaw restaurant at 6:20 on a Monday and all doors were locked with people inside ordering and eating. A woman with short blond spiky hair saw me outside asking what was going on. She walked fast to the door and threw off her gloves, she was visibly angry. She said they were closed because they were short staffed. I asked her name and said she didn't have to act that way. She said it was none of my business and she wasn't going to tell me her name. I let her know I would contact her manager due to her attitude and she said good luck, there is no corporate. I have never been treated so disrespectful. I do not recommend this Moe's at all. Very sad and bad experience.
I think maybe 2 employees knew what they are doing and several might be new? The food was good. However, going through the ordering process was unfamiliar to me and the employee behind the counter expects you to know all the choices and just stood there looking at me, lol. The pickup orders are stacked in the dining room. I wondered about theft.
Despite the crowded experience on Kids eat free day, the staff was able to fill orders faster than the traditional fast food chains. The food tasted fresh and delicious. For those unaware of Moe's, the free chips with a meal are amazing and you cannot go wrong with this style of restaurant.
I will never go to this Moes again as long as the manager Nadine or whatever her name is is there. I walked in and went up to the counter to order and she rudely said that she was doing an online order. So I waited. As she's doing the order she's complaining to another employee about the person's order. Literally complaining about that right in front of me. I had a couple questions about the menu and she was flat out rude to me so I looked at another employee to ask her. As I was asking another employee, she interrupted me twice. Raised her voice multiple times and talked more condescending than I have ever seen someone in the food industry talk. The icing on the cake is when I went to go pay I quietly asked the other employee the manager's name just so I didn't have to have any more drama by her. She heard me ask and she yelled as loud as she could across the store her name and then looked over at an employee and another customer and said, "I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU WANT MY NAME. THE OWNER WILL ALWAYS SIDE WITH ME!" And then started laughing. I just looked at her and I said I don't know why you are so rude and unprofessional. I literally left flabbergasted. This lady was mad from the moment I walked in until the moment I left and chose to take it out on customers. Extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. And if you look at my reviews I never leave bad reviews. So you know this experience had to been pretty bad thanks to this one so-called manager.
This was not good, not good at all. I walked in expecting to be greeted. Instead, I hear someone behind the counter shouting profanities. I stand there, and not one person greets me. I'm about ready to walk out when the kid who was standing there with 2 other employees finally ask what he can get me. I said a bowl, although looking at the line, I really didn't know if I wanted it, the food looked dried out. I asked him if the chicken Adobe was gluten free. He said " I don't know, I don't make it". I said it's kind of important that you know the common food allergies. He shrugged it off. I got the steak thinking that would be safe. I tried to pick the ingredients that looked the freshest. He asked if I wanted chips, I said no because they are not gluten free. He said yes they are. I said they have flour, that means they have gluten. Again , well I don't make the stuff. I put my card in the machine, he said, it's not accepting it, do you have another card. I said no, there is nothing wrong with this card. He ran it again and again. He said well it don't work, you have to pay another way. I had some cash and had to count $1.60 in change. It took him multiple times of counting it to make sure it was right. On top of all that, the food was definitely NOT fresh as I had an upset stomach all night. I dont eat fast food very often and was in a bit of a hurry tonight. I won't make that mistake again. Un friendly staff, unknowledgable of the product, and a very dirty restaurant. Never again
