Wanted to order a stack but was told the grill was not working and they couldn’t do stacks or quesadillas. I asked if they could use the tortilla grill and the guy said no because they have 100 and some tacos left to make before 3:00. So I’m assuming it wasn’t the grill was broken it was the stack and quesadillas take longer to make.

Great group of people working there. They were friendly, happy & ready to make me happy. I ordered a home wrecker bowl & apparently ordered extra stuff on my bowl that was extra. Ordered a $10.29 or 99 bowl and ended up in the $16 plus range when paid. I did say I was hungry & load it up. Just wasnt made aware it was extra to the tune of $5 plus dollars. Good food, good experience. I will eat there again. I will put a limit on what I tell them next time when ordering.

Food was super good. Service was fast. I would have given it 5 stars but one of the Staff members went into the restroom and threw up. I had to pee really bad so I waited outside the bathroom and heard her. She came out crying and went straight back to the grill. ? I went in to the bathroom and her vomit was still partially in the toilet. It didnt all flush...I feel she should have went straight home and stayed away from the food. Yuck.

There isn’t a lot of consistency. The past two times my experiences were great this past time I went though today they gave me a bowl with half the amount in it in comparison to the last two times. Maybe this is their norm and the last two times isn’t but if this is their norm it’s really sad. The staff should be trained for consistency sake because it’s not fun going extinguish what you’ve always received just to receive half that but the same price.

This location is a joke. They apparently employee clowns who can’t read as I ordered $45 worth of food Monday night and got 2 bags of chips instead. I then unsuccessfully spent the next 30 minutes trying to get in contact with someone at the store. Finally I gave up and drove to the store and asked to speak to the manager, only to be told “there wasn’t one at the time”. The young lady working the cash register attempted to process my refund and told me it would be going back to my Visa card. Surprise! It didn’t. Here it is Wednesday and the payment has processed, I still don’t have a refund, I’ve been calling the store for over an hour, and everytime it rings they hang up on me and send me to a voicemail box that starts out the greeting with, and I kid you not, “Comedian mail…”. Awesome customer service Moe’s…

Ordered nachos and asked for hot sauce on them. Got no hot sauce. Not sure why but everytime I try to get hot sauce whether ordered online or in restaurant they rarely have it or act like I'm asking for a kidney when I ask for some. Food is typically good but wish they would do better at fulfilling the order.

Three times in a row I have come to this location and there were people inside, but both doors were locked. There is no indication that it isn't open and the employees are just behind the counter talking. I've shown up at various times between 3 pm and 7 pm and this keeps being an issue.

rate a 0-1, very bland food. I do not recommend to anyone. Came in during opening and food items were still not ready. Food was not fresh, some of the items tasted slightly frozen (veggies), Wanted to try it one more time. It was disappointing. Only took 3-4 bites and stopped.

Agreeable portion sizes and the Guys working there were pretty nice.

As my wife and I are both eating keto right now, their salad with so many great fixings worked great for us. It's so hard to avoid carbs when eating out.
