I pulled up to the menu & someone else's order was up. I waited for the cashier to cancel the order & ring it up again.Finally, the cashier asked me if I was using the app & I said no.He asked me what I wanted, I said a Pointer plain, no cheese, add mayo.He starts to ring it up and then changes it to a deluxe. I asked why? He said I have to pay for the mayo. I said okay, but I am not paying almost a dollar extra to get only mayo.He yells at me to pull out of line.I said I will cha....( I was going to say change my order) and he starts screaming, pull out,I am not serving you. Pull out .I have not yelled, or cussed at him, or called him names.As I was leaving He leaned out the window & said he had my plate # & was calling the police. So I parked. I tried to go in & the doors are locked. I called & no one would answer.He had the right to refuse me, but he did not have the right to threaten me. It was more than obvious he was in over his head and poorly trained.

I waited 20 minutes for my food. I never left the counter. When about 6 people had gone around me I asked about my order. Nothing special. Two breakfast sandwiches and a hashbrown. They told me that someone else took my order from the counter. (No one did) As the manager was telling me this she threw (literally) the bag of food at me and told me "here's another one!"

Filthy. The outside had garbage everywhere. The employees are not welcoming and we're too busy talking than working. Food was okay, took 15 minutes to get our order. There was one gentlemen ahead of us. No one else in the building. Will not be back.

The location on Goshen Road has frequent mechanical problems. Very irritating. I don't see how the food would pass a health inspection because it is certainly most of the time only room temperature. The some workers are good at their job and others are not.

3rd time within a week that I've ordered thru drive-thru and each time was either the wrong order or terrible customer service. From the ordering process to paying at the window, the young kid was not welcoming nor very friendly, was short seemed as if he didn't even want to be there....typically I'd have assumed it was just a bad day but he was like that the time before. Not a big deal but in a customer service industry and for someone who should welcome or excite the customers experience, he seemed almost annoyed that he was there. Got to the second window after ordering just an egg McMuffin only to be given an apple fritter instead, this is after asking if my order was correct and being told that it was (had to ask because the order before was incorrect) the young lady seemed annoyed that I even asked and indeed I was correct that it was wrong. There was no one in front of me or behind me when I ordered so it wasn't as if they were busy....7:30 in the morning, one simple order that I ended up having to wait an additional 10 minutes for correct order. 10 minutes for one egg McMuffin? No apologies or even a Have a nice day afterwards? I love McDonald's and typically have great service (other locations) but this one not so much.... Management needs to either train better or be trained tfor customer service. I've worked and Managed in the industry for years and that's the number one priority.

This is by far the WORST McDonalds that we have ever been to!!!!! The employee working the drive thru tonight 5/14/22 at 6:45 pm was the RUDEST female I have ever encountered!!!!! When we asked her to put the menu on the board (it had someone else’s order on it) she said she had no control over the menu board!? So we politely told her that someone else’s order was on the screen and we couldn’t see the menu and she said, “why don’t you just tell me what you want” very loud and very rudely! You don’t like your job then quit!!!!! I’m in the restaurant business (I own one ) and I would NEVER talk to a customer the way she did and if one of my employees did they would be terminated immediately! People wonder why the restaurant industry is going to hell? Exhibit A!!! Btw, you got one ⭐️ because zero was not an option!!!!!!

Ordered curbside, my chicken nuggets were super hot and fresh. I also ordered a Carmel frappe with extra espresso and lots of carmel drizzle, I could deff taste the espresso but the extra carmel was either blended in or I didn't get it, that I'm not for sure.

Cashing in those points and grabbing the McCafe freebie with a dollar purchase deal on the phone app. Really friendly. Fast drive thru with beautiful drinks and hot food and napkins and straws!!!! Order correct on first pass and I was in and out in good time. Went in to order something else but it was so clean in there I just ate my lunch inside instead of the car. Nice staff.

We have to leave and go somewhere else to order. Everything is open but they won't ring you up at register in side, they say you can use the kiosk but it doesn't have all of the menu and they refuse to ring up anyone in person even thou its open. Drive thru is at a stand still and they are ignoring people wanting to order or pick up food. They were just standing around in the back doing nothing. So we couldn't order. Other people were asking for someone to ring them up , lady replied no I'm only doing drive throu and wouldn't get anyone to help so ... horrible, and rude and no one wanted to do their job. I don't know why but won't be suprised if others leave bad reviews or call about it.

I have always thought of this as one of the best McDonalds in Fort Wayne. After my last visit there I have. Hanged my mind. This is one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. Who ever has been recently assigned as manager of this store should be fired. No soft drinks were avaiable, the customer service person behind the counter was on the phone , I used the kiosk, however another gentleman waited patiently for A few min until she found a break to look up and help him. I waited 10 min for two orders of french fries and two cups to out orange drink in. If they keep this up it will be like the truck McDonalds, closed. I would have given this place one star, however the restaurant I have given one star to, I recommend turning into a parking lot. I do not believe this one is there yet, but it really. Needs new management.
