It was the middle of a sunny day and I decided to go inside to order and to use the restroom after a long drive from South Bend. I tried to enter the side door but it was locked. I then attempted to open the front doors and they were also locked. I went through drive-thru, and upon paying for my meal I asked why the dining room was closed in the middle of the day? She said she didn't know and didn't seem particularly interested in finding out why. I went to the next window and there were three additional employees, one of which handed me my meal. Upon leaving I noticed the fries were small though I'd been charged for large fries, and they were old and cold. I guess that's the price I had to pay for asking why the dining room was closed. ?
Went to get breakfast this morning. Ordered a sandwich, a hashbrown, and a burrito. Once I got to the window for my food and was given it, I noticed that my hashbrown was not in the bag. I let the young man at the window know I didn't have it as soon as I opened the bag. He said ok, closed the window and then came back and said he needed to see my receipt to prove that I had indeed paid for a hasbrown. I said I didn't appreciate being essentially accused of trying to steal. He said I didn't accuse you and shut the window. I had to dig through my bag to produce the receipt. He took it and examined it like it was a test he was grading and then let the kitchen know that I really did in fact pay for my hashbrown and they should make me one. Employees should be doing their job correctly to begin with and not clear their screens until they verify that they have all of the PAID for items in the bag. Don't accuse me of trying to steal, because you didn't do your job correctly in the first place. I got the food home, and my son starts to eat, he then pulls a brown curly hair out of his mouth that was inside the burrito. Absolutely disgusting.
One of the best double cheese burgers I've eaten from McDonald's in all my 47 years. I would say no doubt top 3 for sure !
They were kinda slow,I stood there waiting for one drink for 10 mins. it made me late for work,at least my drink was amazing lol
The food was average McDonald's and the fries were ok at best. The staff was nice but they didn't have enough for the crowd waiting for service. The tables were greasy and the men's restroom was gross. Probably not returning
I don't know why this location gets more stars than other locations. It was all right. Messed up my order twice. And when I finally got it right, it smelled like burnt hair and I couldn't eat it. I don't know. I don't think I'll be eating McDonald's again anytime soon. Meh
We had a door dash order and saw someone else have their order being brought out. So we tried to do that because the drive thru line was way too long. The bih who picked up the phone was very rude and said she was too lazy to come out. She needs to fix her attitude or she shouldn’t have a job. If anything she deserves maybe 0.50 an hour. What a bunch of horse shiz.
2nd window employee emptied coffee out of coffee pot out the drive thru window right in front of me on my motorcycle. Then proceeded to give me 3 of 4 items ordered in a too small bag. Managers excuse later was she has new people. New people that can't count to 4 evidently. I can't believe this is the level of competency that is the new standard in the workforce. Wow.
Ok. My My attitude about this location has TOTALLY changed. My son and I stopped in used the point of order kiosk and the app. Flawless. Food was excellent and the staff was not only polite but extra helpful and had the dining room immaculate. The owner is there frequently so I think that's the main difference with this location from say... Downtown. Also did a drive thru pick up of a mobile order last minute. Again... Flawless. Fully staffed. Dining room open. Worth making the five minute trip from downtown rather than use that Micky D's.
The manager they had on duty today was the worst!I used to work in food service so I'm pretty patient knowing the nature of this job...But today my patience was fried. I ordered a combo and a sandwich on the side. They didn't ring up the combo. I said that's fine can I pay for it here at the window and still get it. The manager said no take it or leave it! Said I had to re go through the line because of their mistake . I told him it was his mistake and as a manager he should offer me some sort of solution. He said no.Terrible. Hope he treats his employees okay and isn't always this useless
