McAlister has a customer for life. Every order I've had delivered was well prepared, tasty, and satisfying. There have been times where I have order day after day and the food has always been good.
No drink station meant too much ice in my tea, and when I told the staff, I got a shoulder shrug. It was a pick up order - the bag was stapled 4 times with the sharp ends sticking out...ouch. This might be a bit picky, but I prefer the location on Lima Rd. Friendly staff and the pick up shelf is right by the door.
Literally the worst McAllisters. Did they get new management or something? Lately they haven't been getting my order right (Ordered online and they forget half my order). The workers there seem to have no customer service skills. I get it, it's hard to find good help these days. But if I am paying decent money for food, I expect to get all of my food, and get it in a timely manner. Food was not worth what I paid. I will be driving to the Lima one from now on.
The Club Wrap and Chicken Dumpling Soup were really good.Be careful when you make the Soup because I found a piece of plastic. Other than that, I really enjoyed the food.
Ordered some salads for work for a few of us, ordered the steak salad and didn't receive the steak. Just mixed lettuce. I tried to call a few times and didn't get an answer.
I absolutely love McAlisters but the past couple times I have gone to this location my experience has been awful. This last time I ordered the lady that checked me out was rude and disrespectful just because it took me a little extra time too decide on a side and when they went to give me my food, the two looked at me mumbled some stuff and then turned the other way before they walked it out to me. I also did not get utensils or the pickles that were ordered oh and did I mention it took 30 minutes for a sandwich and salad and I had at least 10 people who ordered after me get their order before me while 2 of the employees just stopped to talk while my food had been sitting in the window and is now cold.
I absolutely love McAlister’s, but the last couple times I have been to this location have not been so great. I ordered take out today and a few weeks ago. Both times our pickles were forgotten. My husband even asked for extra pickles today and we still didn’t get any. The women’s bathroom was also very gross. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a while.
Once a well organized place that had decent food, my last experience was upsetting. Food was cold and prepared as if the kitchen staff had no desire to be there. The server who delivered food to the tables was often wondering around aimlessly looking extremely lost and confused. The restaurant was dirty, table cleanliness neglected, and bathrooms atrocious.What disturbed me the most was observing other customers who looked unscathed by the services and quality of this franchise. Corporate seems to neglect the uphold of core standards that McAlisters Deli use to have years ago.
The ham and cheese melt with broccoli and cheese soup was delicious! Line to order a little slow but food delivery was timely.
Today we ordered on line. Was told our order would be ready by 11:44 am. Order wasn't ready after we waited in line for over 20 minutes. We didn't ger order until approximately 12:30 pm. Also, we were short an item on our order. The food you get is always good. The service has always been less than stellar. They still can't seem to get that butter and sour cream comes with the just a spud for on line orders.
