First, my wife and I were there a couple of weeks ago and the food was delicious and the server was great. There was a weird snafu with our appetizer, but really wasn’t a big deal. It ended up coming out with our main course, but whatever. The managers were so apologetic and took care of us with gift cards, a free dessert and ended up comping our entire meal. Honestly, it was too much…it was just a weird deal with the appetizer. Having said that, we really appreciated it and decided to carry out for Fathers Day. There’s always a chance when carrying out this type of food with 5 entrees along with extras on such a busy day, that something is going to be messed up. Have to say everything was spot on. I’ll always prefer making my own steaks, but if we even consider heading to a chain restaurant, Longhorn will be the choice. Well done people.
If you were in the neighborhood and in search of some Texas style hospitality for your dinner you got a try this place out because it’s awesome.The atmosphere here is homey and comfortable provided you like country style music playing on the radio and exposed wooden beams in the ceiling and a cow mounted on the wall.I have a sirloin steak salad and it was enormous as you can see from the picture frankly I was shocked at the portion size being so larger. The Decour on the walls goes right along with the southern style theme for the steakhouse which is top notch. From the hostess to the serving staff they were very attentive very professional and you couldn’t ask for better service.I’ve been the several steakhouses and I gotta save this set a new standard in excellence. It is a chain steakhouse so it’s a franchise but it is everything you would come to expect in Longhorn and above and beyond
Basic steak dinner, my steak was fantastic and priced fairly. Kids meal cheeseburger was delicious ... But the beer selection was kind of lame. Like "we have one hoppy beer it's a bells". If they had 20 taps and local brews etc, I'd be a regular.
We used to love this place. The quality and service has gone way down. Every steak I order is overcooked and I have to decide to punish myself by eating it anyway, or saying something so it's made properly and eating alone because by the time it comes out my spouse and my child if they're with us are already done and just waiting awkwardly for me. This has been the last 8 moths or so. Once they had to remake it twice. They took it off our bill that time but literally every other time still charged us full price after making us eat separately. I started getting wary of ordering steak so I tried ordering their parmesan crusted chicken which was at one point my favorite food ever, but now every single time it comes out with a burnt rubbery bottom. I thought it was a new chef, they'll get used to making them etc but nope. Just last week we went , my spouses chicken was ruined, my medium steak came out well done and we are just going to have to be done going here for the foreseeable future, which is sad for how much we used to enjoy it. Their salads are still delicious. And man can they make a tasty cherry coke. But that's it. . That's all I can honestly recommend at this point.
I ordered the ribeye and t-bone entries and both were cooked super well done. We were unable to eat them because they were too dry. The asparagus was so mushy that you couldn't even use a fork to pick them up. I'm not sure if they were training a new cook or what but that food should not have left the kitchen at all! For the prices they charge you would think their image would be important to them. Not a happy customer
The meal here was Phenomenal. My Steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The Lobster tail and all of my sides were seasoned perfectly. The server was friendly and professional. Everything was brought out in the proper time. It was a great meal and Yes I would Highly recommend this restaurant.
I ordered the 8 oz top sirloin cooked medium rare, and my partner had the 6 oz sirloin medium well. We started with a Caesar salad for her and the Lobster and shrimp cream chowder for me, both had steamed broccoli as our side, and split the strawberries and cream shortcake for dessert. I cannot speak highly enough about my steak or the service. It's possible I've never had a properly cooked medium rare steak. I'm used to eating my steak underdone, but this one was absolutely perfect. The chowder was tasty but did not exceed expectations. The broccoli, surprisingly, was the problem. Initially, my partner's broccoli was raw, not steamed properly. Our server was immaculately professional and very gracious and replaced it for us. However, when trying both servings, we found it inconsistently seasoned. Sometimes the dressing was so mild as to give the impression of just being a little butter or oil (ideal). Other pieces tasted so powerfully of vinegar as to twist the mouth. Not a meal-ender, but worth noting since we both ordered it. The shortcake was a perfectly-sized portion to split, light, and tasted as good as it looked.
Fabulous dining experience with one of our closest friends celebrating be Valentine's Day weekend. Our waiter Spencer was fantastic! Drinks served right away along with their delicious bread. Appetizer of stuffed mushrooms and chicken bites were so very good. My BBQ full slab was outstanding with the kind of sweet sauce I love. Took half home to enjoy as leftover meal and half my loaded baked potato & broccoli. Hubby got their strawberry & mandrin orange salad that was delicious with their raspberry vinaigrette. We actually shared some of both of our meals so to have a great variety. Our friends loved their Sirloin steak & Steak & grilled shrimp meals. Drink refills were always kept up. Prices were really good! Thank you Longhorn & Spencer for a Fabulous dining experience!
Literally had the best experience! Our server was absolutely fabulous and really on it. Drinks were filled before it got too low and food came out quickly and was delicious! Came to celebrate my hubby's birthday. We will definitely be back again.
I really enjoyed my lunch. I don't typically frequent chain restaurants, but for $11 plus drink and tip got a great steak salad and cup of chowder. The server was pleasant, personable, and attentive. All around a great lunch. Thank you. I will be back.
