I love going here because I can get tacos shrimp and fries at one place. I do think that better positioning people would keep the place cleaner though. If you have time to lean you have time to clean. Old moto but still true.
Food seemed fresh but tossed together. They served us freezes that weren't frozen which kinda sucks I would've taken a soda no issues. Other then that it was good.
Food was cold fish was reheated. A whole lot of cleaning needs to be going on quite filthy near the restrooms and the kids high chairs are filthy also. There was garbage on the floors in the bathrooms. There are always people talking very very loudly in the cooking area. The cashier was very nice but he does nothing other than just stand there and wait for someone to come in the door. So basically someone besides teenagers probably needs to work there
Food and service is so bad and the staff know it. I over heard a manager tell the cashier to not give the receipts and if someone asks they rip off the survey code on top. If they paid people a living wage they might get good employees instead they get these worthless mouth breathers.
I used to work at a LJS in 97 or 98... I love there food...Do they still have the 6 hush puppies for $1.00????
My mom bought dinner for us. Needless to say we were very disappointed. Fish was overcooked and the fries were burnt. The fries look like they had been there for 3 days or more not fresh at all. They have lost our business for good!
I usually enjoy food when I come here. But not today. I don't drink pop, and the only drink options they had available were pop, and they didn't didn't bother to tell me when I bought a drink. So I paid to drink some water that tasted like chemicals. Ontop of that, I could hear the employees clear as day talking inappropriately, and my 5yr old niece was with me, she doesn't need to hear things like that.
Let's just say the BIG GUY at the drive through needs to dial it back about 32 notches. Hes just one of those guys that want to be/act funny with everything that comes out of his mouth. Which is fine and all when your order is correct. Therefore LJS and Taco Bell combo receives a big FAT GOOSE EGG, zero stars, not on my radar! And sucks because that's the only LJS in the Fort..
I won't be a total jerk and do 1 star, so 2 it is. A group of us came out to eat to find a locked door. No notice on the door to say it was closed. Notice posted anywhere online either, so yall lost our business that day as we were not pulling all the cars through the drive through
Ordered 3 piece fish and fries, only received 2 pieces of fish. Had to go back in to get my other piece of fish. Also was told that they were out of ketchup for the fries.
