Everything was pretty good. But sweet potato covered I'll the good stuff. I really don't know if it was good or bad. Because they forgot to pack it with my meal... take out ... mmm, I really don't know about that service type anymore anywhere. Seems to be a reoccurring problem every where. And when you go to call them back, you find phone numbers or when you finally do.. nobody answers the phone.. now that I think about Ll the little nuances.. changing my stars to 3.
What a wonderful waitress Paula Denise is. She has a fun personality and is proactive in making an enjoyable dining experience. One of the best waitresses we have ever had. I would recommend requesting her for your next visit. Thank you again for the excellent service!
Rita was out waitress she was great and attentive. Food was delicious and steaks were cooked as ordered. No complaints. Missed the veggie skewer that used to be on the menu but okay.
Logans is our favorite steak house. Our waitress is always so nice and helpful. They keep your cup filled, take dirty dishes without being asked. They ask if your food is OK. The food is great every time. Clean. Affordable.
The waitress and hostess were wonderful, as well as the woman who delivered our food. But my husband ordered the fried cheese cheeseburger, and instead of getting the normal fried cheese patty, he had mozzarella sticks on his burger. I offered to send it back and my husband said no, so part of that is on us. It's just a shame since everyone else made the visit so lovely.
Overall my experience was good but I was disappointed in the food quality. Our waitress was very nice and attentive and the Ribeye I order was cooked perfectly; however, the flavor wasn't as great as I had hoped and the meat was tougher than I have come to expect from ribeye. The steak may have been better if I had paid $.99 each for extra toppings.
Good food, steak, chicken, BBQ. Great place to bring kids. Staff was friendly, they were really busy at 4:30pm on a weekday which I think left them playing catch up. Everything seemed to go OK, except one person in our group didn't get their meal until we were all finished and getting ready to leave. We all had enough food to share with
Received our drinks and ordered a appetizer and was told hot rolls coming soon. Server came back and took our order. Our appetizer and meal (was hot) came at the same time. It was obvious the appetizer sat in the window forever, it was dry and cold. The rolls came when we got our drink refills. The server asked us questions about our food on his way by but didn't wait for our answer.
Well the husband and I went for date night, drove 2hrs. Texas roadhouse had a 4hr wait so we went to Logans. First they brought my husband the wrong steak(6oz and he ordered 12oz) so they took that to make it right then there was hair on my plate when I moved my steak away from potatoes. So another manager came over and was really cool about it, took it back gave us our food for free and some free entree coupons and apologized sincerely. They made it right. Very nice manager, went above and beyond to do right thing.
This was carry out dinner. Your overpriced Valentines Special.Ordered prime rib to be med rare, over cooked. Broccoli with cheese. Over cooked mushy. Ordered waffle fries not even close. French fries. My husband wasn't happy either.. he didn't finish his dinner.. The dogs got it. This was surprising from you guys. Always had great food. I'II BE GOING ELSEWHERE FROM NOW ON. So disappointing.
