Elote was made in a microwave for some reason. And the place is so dirty. My wife got a coconut ice cream and it was milk based. Every single michoacana I have been to the fruit ice cream is water based. Terrible experience.
Please be aware I have only eaten their guava. The service at the truck was very polite and respectful. Many times the customers weren’t sure what they wanted in line, but the young lady still waited without judgment on her face. The guava itself I would not call an ice-cream, slushee or any specific type of dessert. The desert maintained the sweet flavor of a guava and I undoubtedly will look for the truck any time I see a food truck line.

Excellent horchata and one of my favorite places to go for ice cream. I'm excited to try more of their offerings, such as the mangonada. Tried the fish tacos and they were quite good as well. Definitely recommend checking out this little gem.
