I have been trying for two days to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy is close during it’s posted hours. I took my last dose today and need the refill that is supposed to be ready for pick up. Do I need to contact mt doctor to have it sent to another pharmacy?
Awful customer service. management doesn't care that customers stand in line for 30 minutes. Excuses not solutions.
Every day of the week and every time of day, the lines are so very long. My normal wait time is about 20 minutes. This is ridiculous! I am going to shop somewhere else (not a Kroger).
I enjoy this Kroger but I showed up for a 8pm-9pm pickup and nobody brought my stuff out. What's going on y'all?
The Kroger on St. Joe has very polite and helpful employees who are patient and give assistance when needed to those who have physical challenges.
Bought 3 packages of Kroger brand ground beef through the grocery pickup system. Use By or Freeze date on beef was 9/2 , purchased on 8/30. Froze immediately on 8/30, and upon thawing on 9/4, all 3 packages were spoiled and foul. Sold us bad meat, and best by date was wrong. Either meat was bad before the transaction or it was not properly refrigerated once picked for our grocery order. Called and refused to give us a refund as well, wouldn’t even admit it was possible for this to happen. Dismissed over the phone. Disgusting food and horrible customer service.
I used to frequent this Kroger location but they’ve gone down hill. I’m there at 6am sharp when the doors open but most of the shelves are empty. I’m not sure what’s going on with shipments but it has been ridiculous. I won’t return.
Wow. I needed help through out store. Many many employees came to my rescue. So very nice attentive employees!!! Great job everyone!!!!
