Today's visit was not as happy as all the rest usually I get a caramel apple I have tried them all. All of them are so yummy my favorite is the pecan turtle. But today i wanted to venture outside the usual and it was hot so i got a milkshake, not noticing the price until she rang it up i looked $10.99 for what appeared to be about a 20oz milkshake she already made it so i proceeded thinking this better be the BEST milkshake ever and sadly i was disappointed. Not only outrageously over priced but my mint chocolate chip shake hardly had any mint or chocolate flavor. I would for this visit give a 1 but as all the other visits I was happy but never reviewed I will give them an overall 4 and stick with the apples as they are absolutely delicious...
Same chain as in Michigan with most of the same items (I think). It’s a wonderful addition to the downtown area. Go walk around Promenade park then get ice cream or dessert here. They do have 2 non-dairy options which is nice. The chocolate and fudge are amazing.There was a small line in a Sat nite but that’s to be expected. It moved fast. There is outdoor seating as well.
My visit to Kilwins in Fort Wayne was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The store had just closed for the evening, but the owner Paul gladly welcomed us in anyway. Upon entry, you immediately smell sugary decadence. There are so many different treats to choose from such as popcorn, peanut brittle, a variety of fudge, rice crispy treats, and of course ice cream just to name a few. What stuck out to me the most was the genuinely kind service we received. The entire experience was A+++. I would highly recommend Kilwins, even if it's just for the free smells and friendly faces! :)
My family stopped in for the first time tonight. Staff was super friendly, very clean environment and my oh my everything looked incredibly tasty! I appreciated how the staff member engaged and interacted with my 4 year old son. It was so sweet and it made him feel so important. We will definitely be back.
Super, SUPER friendly and helpful staff! The space isn’t huge but they utilize it well. The layout of everything is just very clean and appealing. There were many more types of treats than I had expected, and some very inventive. Absolutely stop by here if you are downtown!
Wow all I can say is wow! From the moment you walk in this place the smell of waffle cones fills the air and there are so many yummy items to choose from! We had ice cream…the sea salt caramel was BOMB! Next time will try the chocolate and the fudge! Such a gem in Fort wayne! Very friendly staff too!
The shop is very nice and clean. They display their chocolates and other items beautifully in this shop. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and helpful. The menu is typed out in small print on the countertop. I feel like there would be a better way to display it to make it easier to see. Maybe a menu to view while waiting in line, or a large menu behind the counter on the wall. Quite a few selections. I chose a turtle sundae, which was amazing! The weather was beautiful so I ate out on their front patio. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.
