I ordered the famous bowl meal. I got the meal. Opened up the bowl and the bowl was at least 40% gravy. Had no cheese and barely any chicken or corn. I couldn't even eat the mashed potatoes because there was hardly any of that and whatever potatoes there was, dripped right through the fork due to them being absolutely drenched in gravy. Gravy is not a substitute to lack of other ingredients. Quality control was done with absolutely no respect to the customer. I have had no issues with this location prior to today but that is sheer laziness to cheat the customer out of product and money because they don't want to work to make the other items. Absolutely disappointed.
I tried the chicken burger. Honestly they need to stick to the bucket. Let the burger places do the chicken burgers.
The counter person was pleasant but I cannot say the same about the food.
We went for the buffet and found that this location no longer did the buffet. The floors were super grease and I almost fell on my crutches. Under the table we sat at was sticky.
I stopped over at KFC on my way home Wednesday April 13 ordered the 3 piece chx original 2 sidesfolks kid u not this is whit I got 2 piece 1/2 fries like some one ate half of them and this is how they give me my food woooo ya look at pic I own my own business and if any of my employees would serve this garbage I would get rid of them or business will suffer the girl on the front desk did not know what she was doing.I should have checked the bag but I did not I trusted I was dealing with professionals haaa what a joke.I will never come back again. For $9.99 +tax at least give me what I paid for. I was not comfortable to even eat what was in bag in the garbage it went $9.99 worth of garbage.
I love KFC . I think I could eat it on a weekly basis. I also loved this locations golden brown chicken. Love Auburn's buffet.I also dislike the KFC located on E.State Blvd near rally's. There chicken is almost to the burnt stage there oil that they use isn't changed very often or they are using oil that is burnt.
Friendly service and hot juicy chicken as expected. Only complaint was the tray was sticky, please clean those better between customers.
Instant service at the counter and the food was so hot and juicy 20 minutes later when I got home. Excellent!
If you are African American don’t go here service was very unprofessional. They were rude all managers.
Would have been another star if they got my order right. Asked no pickles and still got pickles. But they was fast on taking order and getting to me. Customer service was good as well
