Ordered 10 piece chicken.. crispy.. of course they don't have but 5 so I take 5 crisp and 5 reg just to get out.. then I get home 6 legs in my order.. what a joke I'm done won't be back . I would guess the condition the building and parking lot are in your almost out of business anyway
Ordered 3 piece combo with double coleslaw as sides. Received no chicken, mashed potatoes (no gravy), French fries, biscuit, and coleslaw. Come on, NO CHICKEN?
Went to store at 8:41PM to order. Waited in line for 5 min. Car ahead went around. Then we waited for 3 min. No one took our order. We pulled ahead to see if car ahead was there. No, it left. We looked in and no one was in there. Pulled around, and employees were leaving at 8:50 PM. Great! Thanks? So they close at 8:40, not 9 PM as stated.

Very long wrapped around my Mac && cheese bowlI’m upset I really wanted to eat my foodAnd if it had been cooked in MY Own home maybeBut being I d k from whom omg nooooooooo waste of money and time I’m highly upset things do happen but why aren’t hair nets mandatory?!?!?!?! Usually good service but today apparently wasn't usual showed up at 8:30 30 minutes before they close and no one would even talk to me. While I was sitting there they turned their lights off so I left.
I came during lunch with my 2 kids. The men in the back were so nice and so helpful with everything. Definitely recommend
I felt bad for the treatment of the staff by customers here. Three guys working their tails off and customers were rude. Two ladies in a row. So what it is taking an extra 5-10 mins for your order. No need to be so rude. My order did take a little longer than I expected but them guys were moving as fast as they could. Thank you guys.
Trash new store needed customer service sucks and they always get my oder wrong had to go and get my money back again it helps if they send out the right oder after waiting for 20 minutes I'd say don't go there! I should have put 0 stars!
I came in the yesterday and it was the last worse experience I have ever had.. the one girl name Kaitlin behind the counter was being extremely rude so I honestly felt it was right to come on here and leave this comment. Hopefully they take care of this problem..
they forgot my gravy AND biscuit :(
