Pro: Food tasted good.Cons: Restaurant needs a good cleaning. Booths, partition wall, etc need cleaned. Find smears of stuff on them and flakes of food. Walked from the Drive-Thru side of the restaurant to the main parking lot on the opposite side of the building, a strong sewer smell hit me right up the nose.
This place should shut down The sign says they open at 11 We arrived at 11:30 the door was still locked what's the block someone sitting outside smoking so they would go Let us in The minute you come in the door the place smells like raw sewage My wife ordered 3 piece tenders it was Raw I had the 3 piece Nashville hot It was horrible you could stretch like a rubber band The fountain machine was not put together yet so we had to wait on to put that together to get our drinks The table and the booth Dirty and sticky Horrible service The worst chicken I've ever ate took it home and fed it to my rottweiler And the place is filthy Someone needs to send the board of health in there Before someone gets sick If you're thinking of going there You have been warned don't do it
This certainly is not the KFC of years past. If the 3 piece dinner I ordered is an indication of which way this place is going, it ought to close. The chicken pieces are smaller than ever, and the flavor is pretty bland. They must have forgot the 11 herbs and spices. The mashed potatoes lack any flavor. The.gravy is a mystery. It's dark, much like a meat gravy. Ah, but wait! What is the taste most like???? Do I detect a hint of something rancid, highlighted by some sort of flavoring which reminds me of the odor of some kind of solvent? So much for mystery gray. The biscuit was cold and rather tasteless. I couldn't jazz it up with butter or honey, because they didn't include any. At least the soda tasted like....soda. Colonel Sanders would be ashamed.

Fish chicken was old cold hard to chew. Anybody without teeth wouldn't of been able to eat the food
This place looks abandoned. I love KFC but this place looks horrible: dirty building, trash all over the drive-thru order machine, huge wholes in the parking lot. This is so brand damaging for KFC and I do not know how they allow this to happen.If you use this location, please like this comment so they can see that this is a common sense situation.I will take pictures next time to upload here.
We had the chicken tenders & fried chicken combo bucket. 3 sides, with biscuits included. Our chicken was perfectly cooked & very tasty.The side dishes of green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy& mac n cheese were very yummy as well!I ordered ahead & our food was ready on time. The employee who took my order was friendly, helpful & efficient!A great meal & great value!??????
Stood at the counter for 5 minutes. 3 employees looked directly at me. No one said Hi Be right with you or anything. I left and spent my money somewhere else!

Very unprofessional service I got cussed out for ordering more biscuits. The fries were old tasting and dry the chicken was not up to par,, I haven't been to this one on Coventry in a while because of the quality of food and service is poor. Spoke to a manager I hope he handles it. I doubt they can fix the food but I was rush.
