The food here wasn't terrible it was regular KFC quality. I have it 3 stars for customer service. I was in drive through and the gentleman who took our order sounded like he hated his job. Every item I said I wanted l, right after it was is that all? I had only said biscuits and he already asked if that was all. Who goes to KFC and just gets a biscuit? I have the 3 stars because lack of patience, tone of voice, then at the window he told me the total, then had to ask me what I ordered. If I come back to this one it will be when I forget this experience.
KFC needs to upgrade there menu and get with the 20 century! No grilled chicken sandwiches and no salads.im just tired of the same thing over and over. I'm diabetic and they offer nothing suger free. No milk shakes and no deserts.
I just got the foods! I order for $56.06 and this is what I get for 5 NH Tender!! It charges me for $10.39 but instead of 5 pieces I get 3! Like don’t you know how to count? I asked for extra spice sauce in the same container..so dry not even spicy when I took a bite. And foods are cold! Very disappointed.
I ordered a meal and asked for extra breasts instead of wings and I did not get them but I paid for them. I called when I got home to tell them and they gave me a number to give the next time I was there. Went back and gave them my number and they told me it had already been picked up and I have not been there since they messed messed up my order. I will not be back there ever again!!! Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen.
It was greasy and nasty. I could've gotten better chicken from the deli at Kroger next door. Sorry guys!

We order beyond meat for the first time, it’s taste just like chicken but the wait time was a big long.
I have been here many time and y’all cannot follow the most simple requests or instructions to save your lives. Your customer service is abysmal and the quality of the food is not worth the price after the butchering done to a simple order.
Fast fresh and delicious chicken. This is one of the best KFC's I have been to.
