Went through the drive through tonight, ordered a popcorn nugget combo and asked for mac and cheese as the side. The worker said there was a wait on the mac and cheese and asked if that was okay, I said yes I’ll wait. Waited in the area they directed me to for about 10 minutes, got my bag and left. Well, getting home I see there’s fries that I didn’t order in the bag but absolutely no mac and cheese. What did I stick around and wait for? Ridiculous and won’t be returning.
I stopped here once and will never again. No idea what was going on but it seemed like Fort Waynes worst hang out here. While I was eating I over heard some woman frothing at the mouth loudly about something something "White Boy" something something, the same woman that cut the line. Maybe it was a fluke visit, I'll never go back to find out. I definitely wouldn't use the card reader here. The whole visit seemed shady.
As far as I know this is my first visit here and have decided to never return. I have not even tried my food yet. Cashier was nasty. 7/25/16 6:58 pm. I feel cheated. She asked me if I wanted a fill up but I didn't and i should have. But she turned it around because I asked for large lemonade, but gave me medium. So I got both.Update: July 13th, 2022Cashier was friendly. The lobby and doorway are filthy. The floor looks it missed a week or two visit of the mop and there is trash everywhere.. One of the workers used profanity. A customer has been waiting a long time to be helped and they are just ignoring him. One of.the workers burned her finger and laughed about it. Hopefully that means she's ok. The customer has left now. The kitchen is also filthy. Trash everywhere. However the food is really good. Hot and everything.
Went through the Drive. Through to order a 8pc chicken Dinner, I know it was after 9pm but they do not close until 10, but they told me all they had was chicken breast who wants 8 pcs of chicken breast if you do not have enough product to serve need to close the store I will never be back at this location
What has happened to KFC?The prices have skyrocketed, the chicken was greasy and the macaroni and cheese was dry! Even the biscuits were bad!
Waited at counter for 10mins the store was not busy & for some reason I was not waited on. Got in car & went to DT. was waited on. The chicken didn't come close to recipe, it had the sticky part, but no flavor. Was not worth the wait.
The worst chicken I've ever had in my life. Unbelievably bad. Soggy, greasy, old, and just disgusting. Whoever is in charge of this restaurant is not following guidelines to ensure the quality of the food. Im done with KFC for good after this experience.
Ive never been a huge fan of fast food and after today I'm definitely over it. KFC has a sign in front of their business saying fried to order but gave me an old cold chicken sandwich that had to be sitting for at least 2hrs or more because it was rubbery I got sick to my stomach after one bite.
Went through drive thru and was told that there would be a 15 minute wait. Ok I park and I waited 30 mins just to be told that there would be an additional 15 mins wait. Because the oil was being recycled or something and no one told the cook that we were waiting for chicken. No one really apologized and the cashier handed me a few cookies. At this point I’m just in a mood grab the food just to find there is no spork for the sides. Maybe that part is petty but I’m just done with this location because it’s always somethingUpdate…. We get home and my son found brown or blond hair in his Mac and cheese
The chicken strips that I ordered were so dried out they were like shoe leather. Very tiny little pieces of dried up shoe leather. The staff member who put it in my box could’ve seen that before they served it to me. I will never ever ever go back to KFC. I would never recommend them if you want a good juicy chicken go to Lee’s The manager argued with me about the quality of her food and said it’s up to standards. If that’s the case their standards are so low they should not be in business. $12 for four Little tiny dried out chicken strips a side of macaroni and cheese and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. Disgusting!Also they did offer to replace it but it shouldn’t of had to be replaced it should’ve been fresh hot delicious food when I got it. The sides weren’t even lukewarm. Maybe the Board of Health should make a visit to this location. And the manager should get some Training.
