Ordered a veggie sandwich, got bread and cheese with no veggies. I called to correct the order, the person who picked up the phone first insisted that the veggie sandwich comes with only cheese and then hung up on me three times. I had to go back to the store to get the sandwich fixed. The manager made a new sandwich for me but had no concern about the time and gas that I spent in going back to the store. No apologies. Never going back to this branch.
Placed a delivery order via app. Took 2 hours before it was out for delivery. Attempted to call the store to just cancel the order, no one picked up. Called roughly 5 times. No response. Voicemail said “wireless caller cannot be reached”. Uh, what? What kind of business is this? Finally called the corporate office to request a refund and cancel the order since no one was answering at the store. The corporate office told me that the refund must be made by the manager of the store. They said they would notify the manager and let them know to contact me within 24 hours to get this taken care of and that she would get my order cancelled. An hour after that call, my order gets delivered without my knowledge THAT I CANCELLED WITH CORPORATE. Now here we are, 3 days later and not a single call or refund. I get that a store can be busy and hectic. I understand how the food industry works. I will no longer be supporting this location until they get a manager that actually does their job and manages this place, and takes care of paying customers and respects their time. Manager or owner or whoever runs this place, if you’re reading this, I’m still waiting on my refund…
WHEN you can get your food, it is good. This location is severely understaffed. I don't know how anyone could get anything done here. I gave two stars because the sandwiches are great WHEN you can get them. The other location on Dupont in exceptional but I am not out that way very often
Waited forever for our sandwiches just to come home to about NO lettuce, no cucumbers which came with one of our sandwiches. Isn't Jimmy John's suppose to be super fast AND fresh not at this location. Bread is tough as if its yesterday's bread. Less chit chat and focus on your customers orders.
Almost 2 hour wait time. Ridiculous. I don't blame the drivers because it's obviously an upper management issue but this store has been poorly managed for the last year or so. I work 5 minutes down the road and always wait an hour+ for the delivery to get here and have had my sandwich made wrong or missing things I've ordered.
Never again!!!!! Ordered 3 sandwiches at 11:00am and didn’t get our delivery until 12:30pm. Freaky fast??? Don’t order from here it’s not worth the aggravation.
Waited an hour and a half after placing an order with no update. After calling and asking to make sure it went through I was told it would be another 20 minutes or more and asked if I would just cancel. After saying no I was hung up on. I called back and again was asked to cancel so I just cancelled.Edit: To respond to the comment below, that is 100% how you roll. That person I was talking to was trained to try to cancel orders and give away a free thing. I didn’t want a free thing, I just wanted my dinner. It’s very much a management issue and very much your issue. I won’t be reaching out and you can understand copying and pasting the same message on bad reviews and not doing anything to fix your company is probably not a great business strategy.
Freaky fast? Talk about freaky slow! I've had faster service at the BMV. Heck, I could've driven to the farm, got my own Turkey, cooked it, got some veggies, baked the bread, and made the sub faster.... I wouldn't even need thumbs and I'd still get it done quicker. The photo represents my lack of a sandwich.
Service recovery at this location was awful. We went to eat there as we sometimes do and found a hair in our food, after already eating much of it. After mentioning it to the employees, they offered to make it right by making another sandwich. This would have been fine honestly as people make mistakes. Unfortunately, they left us waiting for 20 minutes for this sandwich, and we were served after many other people who came in after us. It was very disrespectful and we will not go back.
Terrible. Stay Away! Placed an order for pick up. One sandwich was completely wrong and the other had half a jar of mayo dumped on it. I’ve been eating at Jimmy John’s for years and have never had such a bad experience before. Hopefully their corporate can send someone over to fix the place.
